In march I placed an order through this company for team spirit wear (Hillsdale ***********). After about 6 weeks with no confirmation and no shipping info we reached out. They said there was a delay. Since that point, now 5 months later, more of the same. Product delay, we'll refund you, shipping soon, money back. But nothing. No money, no product, just more delays. I've been in contact with them bi-weekly for a month and half and still haven't made headway. We are not the only person, in fact dozens of families have not received their products totaling thousands of dollars. Something must be done.

I placed an order in April and my items were just received. We were promised they would arrive before our dance teams nationals in July however that did not happen. 4 months later my items are received and I did not even receive the correct items. Nobody from the company reached out to let me know they were unable to fulfill one of the items so took it upon themselves to send a duplicate of another item rather than offering a refund or a different item in place. I asked on two different occasions for a refund of my entire order before they shipped it as the wait was extremely unacceptable and they denied me a refund. I will never place another order with this company. Completely unprofessional & unreliable after spending hundreds of dollars on items.

I order a product as part of our dance business in April 2025 and have contacted the company multiple times for status on the order. They failed to respond or acknowledge the order delay and I tried to cancel. Today, I received a note that the order has shipped after 4 months of contacting the company and failing to receive a response. This company fails to acknowledge that they cannot fill orders and doesn't cancel or let anyone know. It's a terrible business practice.

My team placed an apparel order in early March. Since April, I have repeatedly been assured that the orders would be delivered soon, but it is now six months later and no one on our team has received their items. We were also told that each customer would receive a partial refund, but those refunds have not been processed. Additionally, I was informed several times that the CEO, would contact me directly; however, I have yet to receive a call or any response to my email.

Order placed 2/22/2025 for a total of $298.16. I first emailed the company on 4/7/2025 asking for an update. Received a reply stating they were getting caught up after a delay from Christmas and that my order was on the production sheet for the next week. I emailed again on 4/25 and 5/2, receiving the same response. On 5/8 I requested a rush shipping on the order and half of the amount to be refunded. I immediately received notification that $149.08 was refunded. I emailed for an update again on 6/24, company responded on 7/1 that the order was due to ship that week or early next week. On 7/16 I requested the order to be cancelled and a refund of the remaining $149.08. On 7/18 I received a response stating the refund will be processed and they will see if the order can still be shipped. On August 1, ********************************************** any product.

Order a product on Feb 22, 2025 and have contacted the company multiple times, who stated the order will ship. Today received that said they were sorry, but no further action after we have contacted them multiple times. This references four items. My wife also had an order, called multiple times, after 9 months finally received products.

My team ordered from the Blatant Team store for the season in early April. My orders were April 9. We have not received any merchandise when they said 2-3 weeks. I have emailed but no return email at this time. Our season is basically over and no one got their apparel.

On March 9th, I placed an order for a Blatant National Lacrosse Cascade XRS Pro helmet for $399.99. Including shipping and taxes, the total came to $433.00. The purchase was made in anticipation of my sons upcoming tournament during Memorial Day Weekend (***** May) with the Blatant National Lacrosse Team in *******, ***Prior to the event, we were informed that the helmets would not be ready in time but were assured they would be shipped shortly afterward. Since early June, *** made multiple attempts to obtain a status update on the order, but Ive yet to receive any information regarding a projected shipping date. Most recently, Ive placed several calls on June 24th and 25th, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone.With another tournament scheduled in July and a Lacrosse ID camp in August, I would greatly appreciate any update on the status of this order so we can ensure my son has his helmet for these lacrosse events.

Unfortunately, my issue with Blatant (Reference ID #********) remains unresolved. Despite multiple attempts to obtain an update regarding the shipment of my lacrosse helmet order, I have not received a clear response from Blatant. Several weeks ago, I was informed that the helmet would ship mid-week, but no shipment was made, and limited communication has followed.
I’ve reached out repeatedly to both the Blatant Store and the organization’s Chief Executive Officer, but I have yet to receive any information regarding the expected ship date. While I appreciate the gesture of receiving a short- and long-sleeve t-shirt from the company, it has now been nearly five months since the original order was placed, and the lack of transparency regarding status of the order and follow-through is concerning.
If you’re able to update my complaint or escalate the matter further, I would be sincerely grateful.

My team trusted this store to handle the merchandise for our season which we ordered on March 5th. Since that day no one on the team has received anything they ordered, we were told they were backed up from Christmas in March but it is now June and we have not heard or seen anything from Blatent. I consider myself patient but 5 months is ridiculous for sending out an order especially for the price they charge. I personally thought that the up charge for shirts or anything else would ensure a fast and reliable service but I was wrong. I wish I could speak on the quality or anything else about their product but unfortunately it seems as if receiving the product is a fleeting thing.
