    Order placed 2/22/2025 for a total of $298.16. I first emailed the company on 4/7/2025 asking for an update. Received a reply stating they were getting caught up after a delay from Christmas and that my order was on the production sheet for the next week. I emailed again on 4/25 and 5/2, receiving the same response. On 5/8 I requested a rush shipping on the order and half of the amount to be refunded. I immediately received notification that $149.08 was refunded. I emailed for an update again on 6/24, company responded on 7/1 that the order was due to ship that week or early next week. On 7/16 I requested the order to be cancelled and a refund of the remaining $149.08. On 7/18 I received a response stating the refund will be processed and they will see if the order can still be shipped. On August 1, ********************************************** any product.

    Order a product on Feb 22, 2025 and have contacted the company multiple times, who stated the order will ship. Today received that said they were sorry, but no further action after we have contacted them multiple times. This references four items. My wife also had an order, called multiple times, after 9 months finally received products.

    My team ordered from the Blatant Team store for the season in early April. My orders were April 9. We have not received any merchandise when they said 2-3 weeks. I have emailed but no return email at this time. Our season is basically over and no one got their apparel.

    My team trusted this store to handle the merchandise for our season which we ordered on March 5th. Since that day no one on the team has received anything they ordered, we were told they were backed up from Christmas in March but it is now June and we have not heard or seen anything from Blatent. I consider myself patient but 5 months is ridiculous for sending out an order especially for the price they charge. I personally thought that the up charge for shirts or anything else would ensure a fast and reliable service but I was wrong. I wish I could speak on the quality or anything else about their product but unfortunately it seems as if receiving the product is a fleeting thing.

    Ordered from a team store set up by blatant on march 5, with an estimated delivery time of 5-6 weeks. It is not June 17th with no word of how long it is going to take. Every time we reach out, they blame the supplier and say they dont even have the blanks yet. We have tried to cancel the order, yet the refuse to do this for us. It is getting to the point where many team members are moving soon, and their shipping addresses will be different by the time the order arrives. Very disappointed with blatant, avoid this company at all costs

    I made an order on April 12, and it said please allow a couple of weeks for orders which I did it wasnt as crazy as other peoples orders it was only around 75 dollars but I cant reach them regarding my order I would like a refund its been like 10 weeks you call the number nobody picks up and they dont answer emails either very unprofessional

    I made a complaint yesterday about blatant team store they did contact me and we did resolve issue and they issued me a refund we can move forward with closing out complaint the issue was resolved and can be removed or thrown out  thank you

    I placed and order on March 24th, 2025. The business advertises that within ***** days the order will ship. Today it is June 4th and still order has not shipped. I have been communicating with the business through email and they have stated they would ship as soon as possible but nothing. Today I got an email stating Thank you so much for your ************** Truly sorry about our delay. We are in an unfortunate goods delay as we need these boxes of goods to produce your order.Thank you for your patience!I asked for a refund and they refuse to send one.

    Order was placed on March 1st. As of today June 3 still no shipment. They have refused to give me a refund on 3 separate occasions stating that my order would be shipped within the week of each refund request. This company is a total sham. Stay away unless you like being given the runaround and never receiving your items.

    On April 24 ordered 24 pieces of custom athletic apparel and was told 3 to 4 weeks for arrival.I have attempted to resolve non-delivery via numerous emails and phone calls with only one reply from my Blatant Lacrosse representative. He was to resolve and return my call the next day. Since, there has not been an email or call returned.

    I ordered my daughter a lacrosse team jacket on April 11th 2025. Today is June 1st and we still have not received the jacket. I have emailed as well as called this company and have been given several excuses. On 4/28, the production manager ******** provided the following response: Your order is in the production sheet that we are working on next week. We had a slight delay and we are working around the clock to catch up to the ***** production window again.On 5/9, the production manager, ******** provided the following response: We had a delay and we are working around the clock to catch up to get your order out the door. The plan is to have it out this upcoming week.On 5/23 I asked to speak to someone above ******** and this was the response from her: I am the production ************ are having an unfortunate goods delay :(.There is still no jacket received and I have spent $100. Im sure there has to be someone above ******** but that information wont be provided to me. This is a company that many schools use for their team gear, however, *** never experienced such poor customer service and want to get my item for my daughter. The season is now over and she doesnt have her jacket. I want other families to be aware of how this company operates. I wasnt even offered compensation for my item being delayed and still not received.
