Good Morning, I am writing in regards to Turtles Performance located at ********************************************************************I patronized this business on several occasions, from March 2023 thru July 2023 in an attempt to get my vehicle running properly. Unfortunately all of my efforts were to no avail. I am a big believer in supporting small business and I go out of my way to help promote those business and get to know local owners and operators. These businesses are integral parts of our community and support our local economy. For this reason, I am let down and disappointed by my experiences with Turtles Performance in *********. The business owner started out well, with promises of an expeditious repair. I was assured that he and his staff were knowledgeable with the repairs that were needed. I spent thousands of dollars on parts and labor , and made sure that there was no delay on my end in providing any resources needed, to complete the job. I spent in excess of $3000 with Turtles Performance, and in excess of $4000 to repair the damages made to my vehicle by Turtles Performance. In the end I am left with a vehicle that has had complete and total failures, not only on the engine, but in all areas such as the brakes and rest of the drivetrain. I have made attempts to come to a resolution which include bringing the vehicle back to the facility to address those issues. No progress has been made and I have had to bring my car to another shop, spending thousands yet again to correct the mistakes of Turtles Performance. I am seeking to notify those concerned, about my experiences. This local business has abysmal integrity and it appears that their bait and stall tactics are meant to drain customers of their money without completing repairs or providing a means of recourse. It is my hope that by highlighting their actions that something can be done to make sure no one else is taken advantage of.
