    On 10/4/2020 i purchased tickets for a performance of "elf" for 12/12/20. due to covid, the show did not go on/they said tickets would be good for the same show, the following season. in sept 2021, the performing arts center emailed saying they would not be putting on the same show/our tickets would be good for a different production entirely. i contacted them immediately, to request a refund, as the performance was not something that appealed to our extended family. i sent 2 emails & left numerous voicemails up through the beginning of october (i reached out approx 1x a week & ALL of my voicemails were when their recording said someone would be in the box office). 10/6/21 i finally got through to someone and on 10/7, "********" told me she had to run my refund by someone else and she would get back to me by the end of the day.10/8, I got in touch w/someone on their ******** messenger, as i still hasn't heard back. I was told she would get back to me shortly. On 10/13 i reached out via FB again, after hearing nothing for the week. whomever was responding to their FB messages told me that ******** said she had called me all week and left voicemails. I sent a copy of my phone log without a single phone call from them. I FINALLY get to speak with ******** who said i would be getting a refund BUT she cannot process it back to the credit card because our expiration date on the card had since changed. So, she said she would need to issue me a check. She said it would be in the mail within a couple of business days. I received nothing and so on November 3rd, I contacted them again and was told that ******** would be putting it in the mail that day. Both 11/29 and 12/6 contacted them during box office hours. left voicemails and sent ******** messages that i can see have been read, asking for someone to contact me back. i did inform them i would be filing a complaint if i didn't hear back. I have been waiting for a refund that was promised & is "in the mail" for 7.5 weeks.
