On December 26, 2021, I placed an order (Order # ****) with Domani Vitamins for a 32-oz bottle of ASAP 10 PPM Silver Solution Immune System booster. The price was $71.99 and shipping was $6.95 and there were no taxes, so the total amount of the order was $78.94. I received a confirmation by email saying that they were getting my order ready to be shipped and that they would notify me when it has been sent. Today is January 13, 2022, and I have heard nothing. On January 6, 2022 I sent an email to them to find out the status of the order. After having no response to my email, I tried calling them on Monday, January 10, 2022, at about 4:30PM Central Standard Time, and waited many rings until my phone service decided it was long enough. There was no answer. Their web site says their hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am - 7 pm, which would be Eastern Standard Time, since they are in ********. 4:30PM CST would be 5:30PM EST, which is during the hours they claim to be available. I also sent them another email on the same day (January 10, 2022). Today, three days later (Thursday, also during their business days), I tried calling them again between 3:00PM and 3:30PM CST, which would be between 4:00PM and 4:30PM EST, which is also during the business hours they claim. Same result. By the way, their web site says they respond to emails within ***** hours, and you can see from the dates above that both times I waited more than 48 hours. I am wondering if they are a scam. Even if they are not, they are in violation of their claimed commitment to communicate with their customers.
