            I ordered a magazine 2 months ago. Payment was accepted and taken out of my bank account. I never received a tracking number my transaction ID was ***************** and my merchant transaction ID was ***************** I also never received the magazine. I have sent 2 complaints to their customer service and never received a response. I tried calling the customer service number and it was not in service. I would like either a refund or to receive what I ordered

            Very bad on customer relations, no one answers the phone listed nor do they respond to emails. My purchase was for $59 on May 18, ***************************************************************************** Rikers. I did purchased before and did receive an email response. This time around its like no one works there but they were quick to debit my account. I am requesting a full refund. I no longer want their business.
