If a customer changes their mind as to their purchase, returns are accepted only with an authorization number issued by Active Ventilation Products Inc. The product must also be mill finish, which means “not painted”. Products need to be factory fresh, (not installed) and in the original box with all accessories included. Only residential products that are new unused and are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14 inches in diameter and with collar heights of 1, 2 and 4 inches tall as a maximum can be returned. If the product has been used in any way it cannot be returned. All authorized returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice or sales receipt date. All authorized residential returns (3-14 inches in diameter) (1-4 inch collars) are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges to the customer are not subject to a refund.
If you meet of the above guidelines for a refund, you may request an authorization number by calling 845-565-7770 or emailing [email protected]. For your protection, please insure returns for the full value of the original purchase price. Active Ventilation Products Inc., (AVP) is not responsible for any damage that occurs on the return shipment. Your adjusted refund amount will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the products.

Commercial Products
Commercial roof vent, roof jack and commercial roof accessory orders are not returnable. Commercial vents and jacks are 16, 18, 20, 24, 30, 36, 42, and 48 inches in diameter and or have collar heights of 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 18, 24 inches. Retro-fits, and roof accessories such as roof curbs and curb mounted flanges are also not returnable. Commercial roof vents and roof accessory orders do not qualify for a refund because they are custom and manufactured to order. All commercial sales described above are final.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please try to do so within 3 hours of ordering during business hours, this helps to ensure that cancelled order does not ship. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, try to cancel before 10:30 am the following Monday morning. Likewise, if the order is placed on a legal holiday, try to cancel the order on the next business day before 10:30 am. Please be sure to provide your name, phone number, address and order number associated with the order.
