This promotion allegedly stipulates that if the consumers decide to decide to keep the product(s) from the free trial offer, then their credit cards are charged for them. Numerous consumers state that they were not made aware at the time of agreeing to the free trial offer that they would be charged if they did not return the products. Several consumers allege that they cancelled their order before the shipment was to be sent but they claim it is still shipped to them by the company. These consumers say they are then obligated to pay to return the items they did not want. If the consumer is not happy with the product and sends it back to the company, the consumers say they are charged a shipping fee (both ways) and a restocking fee of $10.00 per item. Many consumers also complain of having difficulties getting refunds from the company.

They company says that one of their business practices is to hire affiliate marketing companies which are paid to drive users to Ojas's owned and operated websites. The company says it has no control over what their affiliate marketers post. The company also says that it does not honor any third party offers and requires that ALL traffic must arrive on their websites, so the company can state all the terms, conditions, and allow the customer to make the choice to proceed.At-a-glance
