I hired photographer for my wedding 8/21/21. Was told he would have everything done within 2-4 weeks of wedding. He had many delays (work issues, being sick etc) he finally finished photos he didn't advise me (they were uploaded on his website) but he has not provided me with everything I paid for which was (USB photos of all photos taken and a 10-page album) photographer was paid in full before the wedding. My last interaction w/ photographer via text I believe was in October in which he stated the album was currently being designed and asked for my address. I gave him all requested information and to date have not heard back from him. I have reached out via text, email, ********* instagram and I left him a detailed voicemail no response to any of them. (I have copies of all messages sent to him) I even advised him that if he lost the file or if there was an issue to let me know but ignoring me will not work especially since I paid him in full for a service, he did not fulfill. I am asking for either half of my money back (since he did take the pictures) but he didn't give me everything he said I would receive, a full refund or everything I paid him for (All Edited photos, USB of all photos taken & 10-page album)
