    Last November I received a **** from the company. I called once I got the ****, the woman said she didn't know why I had the **** and told me I would receive a call back. After a month I called back, because they never do what they say they will, I was told the **** was resolved and taken off of my account. In February I received a **** from a collection agency. I spoke to ***** who is said to be the head of billing. I never even knew a man worked there before. Nor that there was someone in charge of ********. In June I called for more supplies. I was told they were gong to ship my supplies but I had to pay my **** and that they would call me back at a better time. A month later I never received my supplies and I spoke to ****** who claimed to be a manager. She was very rude and demanded payment for the **** that was sent to the collection agency. Even though I paid advanced oxy med direct they still charged me the collection agency fee. I've never heard of that before. ****** was extremely unprofessional and rude and hung the phone up on me. I've had issues in the past where they didn't send me the right filters. One time I called they said they were mailing new ones another time they told me to wash and reuse the old ones. The woman here do nothing but lie and give false information. Now I received a **** worth up to 200 dollars dating back to 2017. These charges are unexplained. The company is extremely unprofessional and has no care for my health. I spoke with my Dr and they have issues receiving the proper information from my cpap machine. Now I received supplies from Oxy-Med that I did not ask for. This company has given me nothing but stress and untimely supplies.

    I have been trying to get a simply piece of headgear from them since I first got the machine more than 3 weeks ago. The piece they gave me ripped hair out of my head (I told them, no reaction). I am not a novice, as I've had a CPAP prior to this new one. I have been in contact with 3 people within 2 offices via phone calls and emails totalling 12 at this point. NO ONE is getting back to me and NO ONE is getting me the head gear I require. I am taking this to corporate, and I will NOT pay any bill that they try to charge me until I get what I am supposed to have. I am reading tons of bad reviews and can't imagine why ownership would not want to make things right. But, I guess that is the sign of the times. They billed ********* so why do they care now. Well, I'm contacting ******** tomorrow to tell them of my issues right after I contact corporate. Let's see what happens now.
