In March of this year, Bath Fitter replaced a bathtub/shower unit with a new unit. Included in the installation was a wall surround for the tub area and a wall treatment for some of the bathroom walls, as well as some plumbing. The cost of the entire project was a little over $16,000. My initial attempt at a resolution was to contact our local ************************** The response letter from Bath Fitter's attorney, ************, is attached. As you can see from my attached response to ************, I have made multiple attempts to have Bath Fitter personnel both complete the job and repair portions of the installation and equipment. Please note that I sent a followup letter (which included a copy of my original letter) to ************ one month after sending the first, the latter mailed with a return receipt that has been returned to me with a signature. Now, yet another month later, I still have not had any response. To date, my lifetime warranty has yet to be registered because, as stated multiple times to Bath Fitter representatives, I cannot use the post card given to me, nor can I go to the website because the registration number on that post card is invalid for a non-******** installation and I have not been sent the promised new post card/registration number that I requested months ago. Please note that I have emails to document my claims of contacting Bath Fitter, as well as having made many phone calls.
