Ive been a customer since 2012. For a long time I even did the largest at home membership. This company has always had issues with servicing their customer base with integrity. Its been a while and I didnt really keep track of the dates because I didnt think Id be sent to collections and needed to as I was a long standing customer. So this is to the best of my recollection. But as weve seen time after time they dont care about their customer relationships. I think I froze my account in 2018 or 2019 and continued paying the monthly fee. I think in 2019 or early ******************************************* two separate bags. I remember because one was a cardigan sweater that took an entire bag. The other was a homely dress that was too big and I didnt even bother to wear. Fast forward to Dec 2021, Ive been paying to be inactive the whole time. Havent even logged into the site since prior to returning the last two items and so I cancel. Im told to return any items and I asked for bags. They sent me labels and then I realized I had already returned them because I remembered how Bulky that cardigan was in the bag. So I think every thing is squared. 60 days later I get an email from them saying I owe $140 and im sent to collections! Ive told them the items were returned and even if their used items werent returned, they are not worth that. Ive paid over $350 Over the past three years for not even using any services and they want to come after me for more of what I dont even have of theirs. Seriously hate this company. Id rather give money to an attorney and fight this ******** than give them another cent. This is how they treat long time customers.
