              I made an order on 9/28/23. Order # ******** . I chose next day shipping on this order expecting to receive what I ordered quickly. I received an email saying my order was shipped the same day I ordered. The tracking number I received in the email doesn't have any information on any carrier's website. I have tried many times to try to get info on my package but I still haven't a clue about the items I ordered. it's 10/31/23 now over a month after and I have tried to contact this company requesting they cancel my order since the tracking shows that my package was never actually shipped out and it has been so long now. I haven't received a single email back about this. I have called and the call is just a machine that says I should email about my order issue. There is no representatives on the call to provide any assistance and I am completely unable to reach them via email as I don't receive any responses back. I have no other ways of reaching out to them so I have no choice but to file this complaint, I need my order cancelled because after over a month my items haven't been shipped.

              I bought two pair of shoes, **** force 1 and white blazer, its a SCAM, I paid $175 for a Fake and ugly shoes, they arent original, Do not buy shoes from this Bandier website, their prices are almost as for the originals
