            I got my windshield replaced by this company 12/15/23 and now less than 3 months later 03/07/24 my windshield is cracking and they denied me warranty. They stated it appears that the pressure and impact applied by the wipers are the cause for the crack in question, so unfortunately we must inform that our warranty does not cover this damage to the glass but my agreement is that if thats the case they should be able to honor the warranty and replace my windshield because their employee replaced my windshield and reinstalled my windshield wipers, so if the wipers are the cause then the job was done poorly.

            We had our windshield replaced in July and in February our rear-view mirror fell off and the windshield began to crack. it seems that there was an internal divot under the mirror casing and with the cold of the winter it releases the mirror from the windshield and the window just exceed to crack from the divot.We have sent pictures, had several phone calls and emails. ************** refuses to stand by their warranty. they gave us several excuses, such as: our area pf coverage has changed since then and we no longer have an auto glass expert in the area to inspect if the crack is in fact related to the installation or not.:" AND "our warranty does not cover new damages to the glass, only issues related to the installation" this was not new is was an issue with their installation.I would never recommend or use them again. I hate dealing with companies that give you the run around and do not stand by their services.
