I ordered a pair of wine colored yoga pants through this company on ******, there information for contact is available through ******, I ordered a XL which I actually have 2 prior pairs that fit nice, these however were not true to size, they were smaller, so I reached out and I received a automatic message that said they was out of the office and they would handle my situation the next day, I wrote back and again the same message, this has continued 10 times, finally when I told them I wanted a curdosuey refund for being treated poorly and shrugged off, I received a message to deal with ****** directly. ****** charges for labels and for *** to pick up so you basically don't get a refund. So I told them no I wanted a curdosuey refund and then they provided the same automatic message. They have very poor customer service, id like a full refund out of curdosuey, I would never provide service like that and shrug a customer off like they didn't matter. ******************* is the order number I ordered the wine colored ***** plus tax and 4.99 s/h, I have dealt with many third party sellers that have refunded and have been a delight to work with, they are more then capable to refund.
