    My name is ********, and I started my childcare business, **********************. For this venture, I needed a logo, banner, and website. I discovered Tailored Logo, which offered me the best price and service. I collaborated with ****** ***** for the website and ****** ****** for the logo and banner design. Both were incredibly patient and responsible throughout the process. There were no communication issues; I could easily connect with them directly via phone and email. I asked numerous questions and requested several minor edits to the logo, banner, and website. Each time, they completed the requests without hesitation. The team provided various options when asked, and with my input, the final outcome was fantastic. I highly recommend Tailored Logo, particularly ****** and ******, for their outstanding service.

    WORST COMPANY!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! This is a very small 4 man company made to look bigger. I worked with ****** *****, ****** ******, and **** ****(who is supposedly the president)I hired them for logo design, website building, and business cards. I had my website for one year and was promised it was a one time fee and I would own my website and domain. I was assured of this many times, yet when I go to my website the website is gone domain is up for auction and Ive lost all the work I put in with their design team when I go to the admin logging to even edit my website that is gone. There is nothing left dont waste your time with this company they are terrible. Ive been calling and emailing for days. All calls I get hung up on and I have never received a response through email.

    I have been with Tailoredlogo since October 2024, and I am extremely happy. The first version of our website was done on time and exactly as requested.Tailoredlogo has crafted such a beautiful and inspiring logo for us that I was getting requests for apparel. We did a website overhaul and added an E-store. During the redo, Tailoredlogo was patient and helped with many decisions. They really performed well.

    The Website project turned out very well in the end. It was hard to convince the designers to get rid of a lot of aspects of the website that were not necessary for my organization. The design is great however getting the right pictures and the right wording in the right places was kind of painful. They obviously use AI to generate the majority of the project and don't seem to do much proofreading. The project turned out great I just put a lot more time into it than I was anticipating.
