    I paid $1000 on Tuesday, March 25th for social media management, business cards, and t-shirts. I have recieved pictures of what the business cards and shirts will look like, and was told they would ship within a week. I asked a week later if they had shipped and was told theyre shipping soon and despite reaching out several times over the last 2 weeks I have just been getting ignored. In addition to this, no social media project manager has reached out to me yet despite being told this would be the case. The employees name who is being uncooperative and not proving me with the products/services I paid for is *****. When I told ***** I want a refund it took him a while to respond and when he did he asked the reason. When I told him he gave me an email address and told me to email them the reason behind my cancellation, and when I did I received an email back, signed by *****, asking me again what my reason was for cancellation. So far I have paid $1000 and received none of the products or services I have paid for.

    I purchased a Professional package logo from Tailored Logo on June 5, 2023 for $95. I have received no response from this company. I have attempted to reach them via email and phone but unable to talk to anyone. I have not received my logo or any notice at all that it is being worked on or completed. I feel that this company scammed me.
