    I currently subscribe to fox nation streaming service and trying to cancel my subscription. They do not have a link to cancel on the website and will not respond to my repeated requests to their customer support. I need to cancel immediately and have no more billing in the future. Need a response from them.

    I purchased the Fox Nation subscription for my mother back in November 2022. It was a 2-year subscription. We purchased it because Fox nation was promoting new *************************** content. Now that *** has parted ways with ******, there is no need for the app. I canceled the subscription and requested a refund. I was told "no, all sales are final." I do not want to continue having access for the app. They can remove it completely, I am requesting a refund, now that a heavily touted show and show host has been removed.

    On March 28 I paid for a year of Fox Nation streaming service. I bought an annual membership and paid for the full year upfront. Over the last few days, Fox Nation has made radical changes to their streaming service, eliminating 2 of the best personalities on the show. These 2 people were the entire reason I subscribed. I chatted online with a representative of Fox Nation, and they told me I cannot get a prorated refund on my membership fee. I paid $23.49 for the annual membership, and I'd like an 11-month prorated refund of $21.53. I think this is a reasonable request since I'm not asking for a full refund, and again, they radically changed the content shortly after I subscribed.

    They reached out to me, but have denied my reqest for a pro-rated refund.  I cannot accept that I pay for a service expecting that the company would maintain a reasonable status quo with regard to their service, but instead they made major and unacceptable changes to their service, and expect me to be happy with that.  I have 11 months left on my annual plan, and I still expect that they pay me a refund for that.  The refund I'm asking for is (11/12)*$23.50 = about $21.54.  That's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of the thing.  I don't think a company should be able to get away with this.

    Jan 4, 2023 I tried the "free" test and decided quickly against it; however, FOX Nation charged me after I cancelled it. We have NOT used the service, verifiable, and I just discovered that it was not cancelled and I was charged an annual service fee. I contacted USAA and disputed this charge. I've requested FOX Nation refund the charge and cancel the service and future reoccurring charges, but we'll see. I have also discovered that I am NOT the only veteran that is experiencing this issue.

    Today 21 Mar debited $32.99 for some fox service THAT I DID NOT REQUEST. I WILL GO TO MY BANK AND CANCEL THIS PAYMENT BUT I WANT TO KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE GOT MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER SINCE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ANYMOF THEIR. SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

    My debit card was used to pay $35.00 for an account that I am not familiar with. I have repeatedly tried to send support tickets, but have never had a reply back. I am retired and track every ***** that comes out of my retirement. I do not understand why it isn't possible to at least get a response through support. I have tried to follow the proper procedures, but have been ignored by everyone.

    On 2/18/2021 I subscribed to a 7 day free trial of Fox Nation and to a 2 year plan that began 2/26/21 and paid $106,18 on a credit card. The 2 year plan was $99.00 plus tax. My account is with Fox directly and not through an app. I have an account for this with a password and my account on their site clearly states that I am on a two year plan for $99.00 and checked this just before my plan expired. I was OK with a 2 year renewal for $99.00, as I enjoy Fox Nation until I discoved that *********** Services are unethical in their customer service. I no longer have any respect for the Fox Corporation. I will explain. They charged us $69.70 on a different credit card we did not authorize nor give them the card information on 2/27/2023, and for a one year subscription (substantially higher per year than a two year subscription). I also got an offer on their site for first responders to get one free year, which applied for both new and existing customers. I applied and was verified, but when I clicked to get it I was told I had the best plan available currently. They are using deceptive practices on the very people who support them the most. And to top off my complaint, you cannot communicate with anyone to resolve any issues. No customer service phone number, just an online chatting service that stopped my chat communication 4 times before I finished typing. After typing my complaint 4 times and being cut off, I cancelled my subscription but received a notice via e-mail that my account is good until 2/27/2024 because they already unethicly charged my credit card for one year from an account I never reveiled to anyone. I am so disappointed in Fox Corporation for supporting a business practice that has no viable customer service and is cheating those of us who at one time supported and respected your network for good it was doing for our nation. My research online has confirmed I am not the only victim of Fox Nation streaming service. PLEASE CONTACT ME.

    My father is a 75 yr old retired veteran who started a free trial with Fox Nation. He cancelled the trial before it turned into a membership over a year ago and was recently charged $34.93 for ********************** He had to cancel his debt card and report fraud. Based on reading other comments this is not the first veteran to experience unwanted charges.

    I have been trying to sign up for the one free year subscription to Fox Nation, for veterans, for about 3 or4 months, and I have been given the run around at every turn. I can't call them as they don't have a customer service phone option that works and the chat service is a joke. Every contact point is designed to discourage you you from receiving their offer. I am a veteran and have jumped through their verification process several times (sheer ID) to no avail. Sheer ID, Verification ID: ************************, has sent me directions on how to accomplish subscribing with the same results. I am supposed to set up an account, get verified that I am a veteran, log into my account and every time I try to login it gives me a message that there is a problem w/ my info. I have gone through this whole process about ***** times. I am trying the BBB as a last resort so please help me. Thanks, ***************************

    I purchased a two year subscription to Fox Nation on 12/12/2022 to be delivered as a gift via email on 12/25/2022. My father who lives in another state, being the recipient. He received the email and followed all of the links attached with this email. He had to create an account. He did. He had to enter the **** he did. Nothing was immediately available for viewing, which was stated in the original opening link. My dad has logged in to his Fox Nation account and every single time, it offers him plans to purchase. He used the chat session several times, all they could tell him is that a gift code associated with his email had been redeemed. He was sent to a different website dealing specifically with redemption of gift cards. They were of no help either. My father did all he could do. I being the purchaser decided to see if I could resolve the issue for him. Ive sent nearly 15 emails to ************* LGC, for them to only send me back to the help desk dot com page for Fox. When I go there, they send me back to emailing ************* LGC.
