      I paid for Fox Nation ***************** Dec 1 2023. I found a charge from Fox Nation on a card that I dont use for $64.99 for the same service that I purchased in Dec. Ive been disputing this charge since January and have not been provided proof from either the credit card company or Fox. Fox only provides chat service and they can not find a charge on their end affiliated with my name for $64.99. I need both Mission lane and Fox Nation to erase this charge. It has effected my credit and my FICO score has been reduced by over 100 pts because of this issue

      On 4/12/22 I signed up for a two year subscription for Fox Nation in the amount of $49.50. This expired on 4/12/24.On 4/20/24, I received an email from my credit card company alerting me of a charge in the amount of $69.12 for a year subscription from Fox Digital, which I did not authorize.On 4/20/24, I logged into my Fox Nation account via the *** at foxnation.com, and cancelled this subscription.On 4/20/24, I received at 11:30AM an email from <***************************************> with the subject Were Sad To See You Go. Your Fox Nation Subscription Has Been Canceled.On 4/29/24, I reviewed my credit card statement, and noticed that I was not refunded the cancelled subscription amount of $69.12.On 4/29/24, I attempted to log into my account, and I am no longer able to log in. No account exists apparently.On 4/29/24, I clicked on the help link and began a chat with two representatives (I was disconnected from the first customer representative). After providing them both with the transaction number, credit card number, credit card expiration date, and my one and only email address, I was told Im not in their system. Basically, I was informed, sorry, we took your money, you cant watch Fox Nation, and we wont give the charge back to your credit card.From the complaints Ive read, this is their business model to get money and not provide the services.I asked for an email to provide them with the three items of proof of this transaction, but their reply was, we understand your frustration, but you are not in our system. Unbelievable and fraudulent. *** contacted my credit card company to dispute their non-service charges.

      Fox Nation has reached out to this customer directly.  She canceled and requested her information be deleted on the same day.  Her account could not be found due to the deletion request. We explained all of this directly to the customer.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      While I understand that I inadvertently deleted my account in order to prevent *** from charging me for a subscription I did not want and did not authorize, *** sent me an email explaining what had occurred.  Despite all the information, *** is still refusing to credit me the amount of $69.12 that they took without my permission for another year renewal.  In my opinion, since they know exactly what transpired and instead of making this right, they stated they could not assist me, nor will they give me back my money.  I was told to take this up with my credit card company.  Therefore, Fox Digital (Fox Nation) received money for services NOT RENDERED.  I do NOT accept their response as to why they are not crediting my credit card back.

      Subscriber signed up for a 2-year subscription on 4/12/22 for $49.50. This subscription was streamable until 4/22/24.

      Auto-renewal was processed on 4/20/24 giving you access to Nation for 1-more year (4/20/24 4/20/25)

      Subscriber cancelled the account on 4/20/24 after seeing the charge & then 20 minutes later you submitted a request to delete the account.  Account deletions remove all information needed for our ************* team to locate your account. That is why they couldnt find it. We are unable to refund accounts that have been deleted.  We do see that the subscriber already submitted a chargeback thru your credit card company so may get money back that way.

      I had a subscription to ************* starting 4/22/2022. it was a 2 year subscription. I cancelled this subscription 2 months ahead of the new renewal date. It was an endeavor to cancel this account but I spoke to someone on the phone and he said he would cancel my subscription. I went onto the ************* website to make sure I no longer had an account, which I do not. But today I was charged $64.99 for a renewal for this website. I had to cancel my Credit Card and was told that if the business says this is a legitimate charge they will put it back on my Credit Card Bill. I do not understand why they are making this so difficult to cancel this service. Because of this problem I am without a credit card and have no way to get onto ************* to dispute the charge. Is their any recourse I can have if they charge me for this service again, short of closing my Credit Card for good?

      Paid initial subscription cost for a period of time. I received an email that my subscription was ending and would automatically be cancelled unless I renewed it by 4/4/2024. I did not renew it; however, Fox Nation charged my Apple/PayPal account for $169.70. They with took $64.99 from my account and had it set up to with more money until they received the full $169.70. I cancelled any further recurring payments so they will NOT get any more money. But I want this $64.99 REFUNED! This seems to be standard practice for Fox Nation as most of their complaints in the BBB are on this very same issue. You cannot reach **************** by telephone (probably because of so many complaints). You can only contact them through Chat. This is a terrible way to do business. I consider it stealing from prior customers.

      The customer has not provided an email address and we cannot track her account without it.  We send a auto-renewal email 40 days prior to any charges.  This allows the customer to cancel their account prior to any renewal, the customer must take action and cancel the account we do not do that on our end without direction from the customer. It also states in our policy that all sales are final.

      I watch Fox Weather via their ******* stream. After contacting *******, I was told this is a tech issue at their end. Commercials coming up in mid segment at random when meteorologists are talking. This issue has happened many tines I contacted their support at fox via email. They have yet to even reply to the ticket. A multi billion dollar corporation that can't fix a live stream or engage with viewers when there's an issue. This is the most incompetence ever exhibited by a company I've dealt with

      On March 25, 2023 (Which was suppose to start on March 26, 2024 (0001), I signed up for one year of Fox Nation for $23.49, used the channel access maybe 3 or 4 times over the one (1) year period. On March 24, 2024, Fox Nation notified me that my subscription would end at Mid-Night March 25, 2024. I checked my credit card and in fact they had already charged me $64.99 on March 24, 2024, for renewal starting at midnight (0001 Hours) March 26, 2024. On March 25, 2024, at 1854 hours I went online and canceled my Fox Nation Account (Which I have received a confirmation e-mail for). The charge has now cleared, and I have to pay for this. I have contacted Fox Nation, they're answer was very polite, but basically told me sorry, no refund, even though I canceled their service. I followed their directions, canceled as they stated, and they still charged me for something I will not use. Besides being a current active ****************** First Responder with the US ********** of ******** Security, I am offended at the fact that this sham method of doing business has not led to a class action suit against Fox Nation and ********...I have now removed all Fox affiliated stations from my computers, phones and will no longer watch any ******** stations on my TV. Furthermore, I will be notifying all of my work and personal friends and ensure they know what a bunch of money grubbers Fox Stations are...

      So I first signed up for Fox Nation a year ago today after a few weeks I realized it was not what I wanted and reached out to Fox and canceled my Subscription and was issued a refund on 5/6/23 for the full amount of $25.60 with tax for a 1 year subscription I get rid of the app I didn't think much else today I get a notice from PayPal that Fox renewed my Subscription for another year for the price of $70.84 which is $64.99 plus Tax to my surprise since my account was supposed to have been canceled almost a year ago I go online and look at my account and see that it showed canceled on 3/27 2024 it also showed they are only charging me $23.49 for a year and shows I have a credit of $41.50 I reached out through the automated system to try and speak with somebody and I got an email response that all sales are final no refunds I cant even speak with anyone this is absurd I'm at a for loss words as I canceled and even received a refund last May I don't know what to do Fox is unresponsive Please Help!!

      I was charged a yearly subscription fee of $64.99 by Fox Nation. I cancelled this in February 2024 in my Apple account. According to Apple and Fox Nation, I DO NOT have an active subscription. I have contacted both companies. I have also reported this as an unauthorized transaction to my bank. This is a scam to continue collecting a yearly fee. I have spent the last three hours disputing this charge.

      I replied to ****** Boot. We have no additional email addresses for a different account. Apple and ********************** show that this subscriotion was cancelled February 2024.       While researching this account, it is indeed canceled in our system.  We did not make the latest charge, it came from Apple.  The customer will need to reach out to Apple for a refund.

They refused to issue a refund despite my cancelling on the 25th and no advance notification of payment needed that amounted to 3x the initial subscription value. I am seeking a refund for the amount of $64.99 for this subscription renewal.
