    On 11/25 I reviewed my account and saw that my yearly fee was $1.50 per month, at that price I decided to maintain the service. I did not get any notice and then on 11/29 was notified that I was charged $64.99. I cancelled the subscription, yet FOX is stating they do not give refunds. Their service is lacking as compared to out similar services in content and mobility within the site..

    Had a Fox nation account over a year ago. Didnt watch it much so we canceled it. Seemed the cancellation went through and had no further issues. A little over a year later I notice a charge through my pay pal account for *****. It occurred 12-3-2023. I contacted and filed a dispute through PayPal and also was in a chat situation with Fox nation for well over an hour with zero resolve so far. Ironically even though they charged me for this I cant even get the app to open. This has to be one of the most fraudulent companies I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware!

    On 11/27/2023 I was charged $69.38 for an annual renewal on my Fox Nation account. I saw the charge on 11/30/2023 and contacted the company because I had not received any email or notification my account would auto renew or what the amount would be. I only received promotional emails saying renew at 50% off. When I logged into my account to contact them the 50% off offer was still showing. I let the ** chatbot know I am not working and cannot afford it at this time please cancel my account, remove my credit card and refund the amount. They told me they do not issue refunds but they will cancel my account. So now I have paid for a year and do not get to use the year I have paid for because my account is now canceled. They still have my credit card in the account and there is no way for me to remove it. I do not believe it is legal to charge customers then refuse to provide the service they paid for. It is also false advertising to continue to promote an offer then not honor it. I would have no problem had I been notified of the auto renewal amount and date I would be charged. I was not ever notified.

    On November 24th I received an email from FoxNation that my account has renewed. I seen this message on 11/25/2023. When I purchased the year of FoxNation I was living in **************, and have recently moved to *******. I certainly do not remember that I had requested automatic renewal, but even if I did do that, I feel I should have been notified that the renewal was going to happen on 11/24/2023 and this would have given me time to cancel! I chatted with someone named ***** today and was informed that it is non-refundable. I told him I never received notification, but he kept writing it is non-refundable. I told him I was a Senior citizen and can not afford to lose $68.89 and would appreciate a refund. He said he was sorry, but could not refund.I said I was going to complain to BBB because I believe it is an unfair practice not to notify a customer of a renewal. That didn't phase him either. I feel this is entirely wrong. The email states renewal on 11/24/23 and I cancelled 11/25/23, with no prior notice except an email telling me it renewed.

    Fox sports app issue with Amazon fire tv. I emailed, talked with support chat. Still nothing is being done. They emailed once and then stopped reply to me. App is unusable.

    approximately one year ago, my 75 year old disabled husband was surfing through the fox channel. He noticed a show that he wanted to watch and a number to call. He called fox and was told that he had to pay $**** each month to stream lots of interesting shows. The representative took his credit card and signed him up on his debit card.My husband is 100% disabled with a dementia and it is obvious that he is very confused; anyone speaking to him would be aware of his deficit. When I returned home, he told me about this subscription and I asked him if he was told that you needed special equipment to stream these shows; we do not have special equipment and my husband does not have a computer to watch these shows on.I contacted fox in new york at least 20 times; leaving messages with front desk staff, call center reps, and others who answered the phone. I explaiined that my husband was not legally able to enter into these contracts and wanted the subscription stopped immediately. To be clear, he has not been able to watch one show, and they were notified 20 times to stop billing this man, who lives on social security only, but they have continued to bill his debit card **** each month. They all have said that they would make sure that it was stopped but they never followed through. **** x 12= ******; this is elder abuse and deceptive advertising. Not one show watch and ****** stolen from an elderly disabled man with dementia. We want the money returned immediately and the billing to stop. This is theft and abuse of elderly. Can you please help him recover his money.My husband is: *************************, **************************************************************************. She sent a few peices of Fox merchandise in the mail, none of which my husband can use, but we appreciated the gesture. We gave the items to the rehab where my husband goes....we are still waiting for a refund for services not provided and a refund for time invested in calling them 20 times with no response. Please do not close this case until completed. Your message says that a response from business was attached; there was no response, just have reached out to us; nothing has been resolved to date. I do have the right to speak directly with that person. To date, I have been denied that information. Can the BBB help in receiving this name and contact information? secondly, *** has begun billing my husbands debit card again; today there is 5 new charges that we do not understand. Can we get somebody higher up to respond as this agent has not been helpful at all. She has been phoney and pushy and we do not feel respected by her. Her skill is lacking in working with seniors and her dishonesty is off putting. Kindly advise what are next steps. thank you. *********************************

    I cancelled almost a year ago but they keep charging me $5.99 month each month. twice customer service says they cant find an account with me. They wont stop the billing what a scam!!!

    Being billed by Fox Nation now 5.99/mo they draft from bank account. I dont have ********************** on TV or phone and wouldnt even know how to access. I have called their location in ** and you can only leave msg. Have left many msgs to stop taking funds from acct. Also, told them need reimbursement for all charges. Never any call back, email or ltr. They completely ignore. Last cpl calls I threatened legal filing.My bank said all they can do is close my debit ************* all my bills I pay are tied to my card. Any help you can provide..would very much appreciate!

    Signed up for fox nation June, 2022. Never used service. Suddenly billed again in June, 2023 for another year$60 and change. Canceled service upon receiving credit card invoice. ******** refused any accommodation. It now appears Im 11+months early in getting my cancellation notice in. It is my understanding that my service is cancelled as of today. Just to be sure this fox account is dead I cancelled the credit card too.(In addition, my husband has cancelled his ******************* subscription. fox corp makes a silly $60 annual charge from me but loses a $60 monthly charge from my husband. Strange trade off for fox.)I find it interesting that fox corp would be so difficult, over a $60 annual$5 bucks a monthcharge, to do business with. Goodwill must not be important @ fox?
