I hired this company in Sept of 2021 to help me resolve my tax issues. I have been compliant in providing them the necessary information i.e. paperwork to complete my application for the compromise and release offer to the **** However every time I do so according to them its either incomplete or the 30 days has passed and I had to re submmit everything all over again and the fact that different agents were supposedly been assigned to my case which I believe to have not really done anything. fast forward to April of this year 2023 I learned that the previous agent who handled my case among others was eventually fired for not doing her job so I was assigned to another one in May, upon talking to him we finally both had a clear understanding that all I submitted within that month was the most updated paperwork needed to finally submit my application to the **** However as weeks passed I have not heared back from my current agent and whenever I would call their office in ******** it would be the same person I ended up talking to for the last few months and not my actual agent. This individual was very rude and dismissive of my concerns and it seems like he was covering for the company because there seems to be no one else working in their office. After many attempted calls,I have not received any concrete response from them so that is why I'm filing this complaint, I have paid them almost $13,000.00 with monthly payments of $544.75 and they have nothing to show for it. I called other tax resolution companies and they told me that resolving my case should not have lasted for 2 years since it was not that complex. I believe that they are just sitting on people's tax cases and not really doing anything other than taking our monthly payments. I would stay away from this company. In the meantime i'll have to do what's needed to finally resolve this issue even if I have to take legal action against this company if needed.
