I worked for this company for na year .I was asked to give my uniform back and my equipment because all the new coaches were starting the season in September 2022 including myself I thought I was going to start working.November I was hit with an termination letter all of an sudden. I felt let down by this company I gave my heart and soul only to be fired without no warning and I was I promised I would get work when fall season came instead I was let down and also I've been working for this company for months since February to June I was unpaid for my work and time because of an error I made putting all my paychecks to an commuters company card .And I was told this would be resolved it wasn't until my friend stepped in to speak to them .I feel very hurt by this experience I just wanted let you my experience.And they said untrue things about my character. There's the letter I received Coach *******,This email is to inform you that your employment with Super Soccer Stars has been terminated effective immediately. As per our conversation, I wanted to send this along for both yours and as well our records. You are being terminated on the basis of performance as well as a general inability to communicate with not only your peers but as well as your management team. As addressed, we are a company with a very large reach, one with very many moving parts; we need our coaches to be well versed and as well very well adjusted to the many tasks presented before them. This is not the case with how we feel moving into the fall season together. We would like to wish you luck with your future endeavors.Best Regards,i don't not agree with any of this I just wanted to know my experience and nothing else needs to be resolved. I have moved on from this it's very hurtful because I love being an soccer coach didn't feel appreciated.
