    There is quite a few issues with ordering here. once order placed, received email and could not download the invoice. had i been able to, i would have been able to see that they had switched the recipient name to my name. I knew I put in the correct name of the recipient as their site tried to autocorrect the spelling of the recipients last name. apt number was missing. I email them on a weds, did not hear back. called on a thursday and sat on hold for 16 minutes and am told it would be taken care of. try to track afterwards via *** site and it still does not have apt number, but recipients name is now on there. try their chat on sunday when they open, sat waiting for over 20 mins, ended calling on another phone and sat on hold for 20 minutes. they tell me it's updated, but meanwhile I get another email today telling me the apt number missing. there is no service in customer service. they asked me let them know if it doesn't show up.
