Service Cancellation Policy:
We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked–unless we hear otherwise–We’ll expect you to be there.‘No Show' appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.
Product Sales Policy:
It is Pretty Please’s pleasure to help you find the right product for your beautiful you! If for any reason you are unhappy with your beauty purchases, we offer an exchange only policy within 14 days of purchase (for any unopened products) to help you find something more suitable to your needs.
