I ordered two of the same item. Only 1 arrived...When I asked for the status of the second item, I got a response relaying the original tracking information. I told them only one item arrived and they asked for photos of the package, which I submitted. After I sent the photos, I have not heard back....I tried resubmitting a claim through their website, haven't gotten a response.I tried calling the numbers I found online - no numbers that I've found connect me to Bodum Customer Service.I'm frankly appalled and disappointed by the lack of communication. I'd like a full refund. I am willing to ship back the one item I did receive if they pay for the shipping cost.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I only received a PARTIAL refund. I ordered 2 products....only 1 was delivered. I asked for a FULL refund, which would be a total of $105.98. I have only received $52.99 back from Bodum.
Furthermore, there response (that took WEEKS to get) requires that I pay for the return shipping myself of the 1 product I received.
I'm extremely dissatisfied by Bodum's lack of communication and return infrastructure.
I will not be return the product I have received unless shipping is PAID FOR by Bodum AND I have received the additional refund for the missing product.

Ordered a coffee grinder on 2/24. Realized that I wanted one with upgraded features, ordered that and requested a RMA # on 2/27 after package was delivered. Got an automated response saying someone would get back to me. On 3/3 I replied to automated email asking for a RMA# to return. on January 31st I made an order with Bodum directly. I purchased a pour over coffee vessel and a kettle. I purchased this and had it shipped to ******* as a present. once the order arrived and the box was open, the kettle was missing but the packing slip said it was packed in that box. there was only the pour ocer coffee. I emailed Bodum directly on February 11th. this parcel was dropped off in the mail box on the 10th. upon picking it up and opening it on the 11th it was noted the kettle was missing. the automatic email response came back saying that they received my ticket request. no response following that. I emailed again on the 15th again on the 20th, used the support option online to put in another ticket on the 21st and then finally on the 26th submitted another ticket asking for a refund for the missing item and not to bother replacing it. between the 11th and today March 10th I called the long distance number 8 times periodically to no avail. Placed an order for two items on December 31, 2024. Upon receiving the items, I noticed that the kettle that I had ordered was plastic and thats not how it was advertised. I have submitted tickets and reached out reached out as of January 13, 2025 On 12 different occasions and have not received a response. I have also reached out via social and someone had mentioned that this would be flagged as I provided my email address and someone will get back to me very shortly but but that hasnt happened yet either and that was on January 28, 2025. As part of my order, I had the kettle and I also had two double walled mugs which were a gift and upon opening this gift Inoticed there is a crack in one of the mugs, which was very embarrassing. These were not ever a concern as *** had these mugs in past, the quality has gone down. The customer service is nonexistent, and I am really disappointed with the overall experience. I should be able to geta refund for something that I purchased when there is a refund Policyand thats what I had agreed to upon purchasing and thats what should be provided to me as the honest consumer.Business Response

I purchased a frother and kettle at the recommendation of a friend on 1/25/25. The kettle leaked after first use. The frother works sporadically. Sometimes turns on, sometimes doesn't. The day I discovered the kettle leaked, I contacted customer service online on 2/6 requesting a return for both. I emailed again on 2/11. I called the NYC number of ************ on 2/14 and 3/3. I've emailed suppot again on 2/21. I have not received one response from Bodum. I want a full refund for these faulty products plus Bodum paid shipping to return products.Business Response

I placed an order on the 7th of January 2025 for two items. A frother and a coffee bean grinder. After about a month having had no news I contacted the company. Another 10 days go by and no answer. I contacted the company via Instagram. The instagram team sent me a message saying a customer service representative would contact me. A few days later someone did. I was told that there was a problem with my order and they would contact me soon. Ten days go bye and no follow up. On the 10th of February I wrote an email asking for a refund.
