I was on their membership since last August - which was a very high pressure sell from the beginning - with all the services I would need to be 'satisfied' with my skin. I don't live in *** anymore but was traveling often enough for business that it seemed reasonable. They said you can cancel any time after 3 months with this program - but never said it would result in loss of any unused credits/dollar value remaining. I paused my account for 1 month due to other travels, and they charged me $20 for this service (of nothing). I then called to cancel my account in July and when I asked about using the remaining credits/value on my account, they said I couldn't do that until I reactivated my account. So I can't use the services I've already paid for without agreeing to be charged more money - is what I clarified. The desk clerk told me 'it wasn't her problem because that's corp policy' - I restated "So I can have neither a refund, or additional services without agreeing to pay you more money first" - again "that's our policy". I reached out to the corp office that they kept blaming for the policy and was told I have to resolve with the local clinic. Their ****** comments talk of this happening to others as well. Everything is digital there - no paperwork was shared - meanwhile they send countless emails every month touting the next service you need. I am owed at least $300 OR Vouchers for two treatments. I'm nervous about ever going back to them now but this is not a fair practice. I simply don't live there or working there anymore and I couldn't continue paying $150 a month with no schedule for using this.
