      ******** business practices! Charged me for a FREE membership and I tried to resolve via call, chat, and website. Website to access my account is down. Chat does not work says it will grab an agent but does not after an hour of waiting. Called and need to wait 30 minutes for the agent to just ghost you during the call (literally just stopped speaking to me).Still cannot talk to someone!

      DO NOT TRUST. RUN AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!very similar to a scam! I am surprised how does ************** allows these cons freely work there!right before the gate this woman corners us asking if we have an **************** credit card or not. once we said yes, she says you don't need to stay in the line (there was no line!) come with me! we thought it's something between **** and the airport. we ended up having all our cards, passports and other documents scanned which took longer than people who simply took the regular rout. at the end we were told that this a third party, there is a contract with a very high fee but we can cancel it within a month! funny thing is it could not be cancelled right away and we had to wait for a week or two! these guys make their money by misinforming passengers right at the gate and count on them forget to cancel and the become another useless subscription!!! cancelation process was also a headache and time-consuming and complicated.

      The business needs to be investigated as they are charging money without customers knowledge. There is no way to reach them via email or phone or chat to resolve it. Even left my number for call back but no called and its been weeks. This type of business needs to be banned for cheating and misleading customers. Worst website , service and app

      I was approached by a member offering a free trial to their services, and assured that my card would not be auto charged. I wake up this morning to an email stating they tried to charge $209 to my card. Immediately canceled my membership and contacted support to have my account deleted. I will never deal with these people again, they are scamming people to sign up with false promises. When asking the support agent why the agents at the airport are promising that their cards wont be auto charged, they couldnt tell me why. They are a SCAM. If youre reading this after signing up, start the process now to delete your account before they start charging you.

      This company is the worst. They claim to provide "frictionless identity verification" but they don't. Their verification process doesn't work. On top of that, their customer service is an abomination. They don't respond to emails, online forms submitted through their own website and if you call, expect to wait on hold for at least 1 hour just to end up speaking to someone with a bad attitude.

      0 zero stars, I was on hold from 12:00pm until after 4pm today. I had a window open waiting for a live agent this whole time and at 8pm it said "chat ended". I have to change my phone number and I was almost unable to get into the app like Halo suggested. I got into the app and I could not change the number. I have been on hold long before but this was a new low.

      This company's business practices are PREDATORY. The agent that came up to me at the airport, did not disclose at all there would be a charge and stated they needed my credit card for my profile only. He took the card out of my hand and put it in the machine when i was hesitant on perusing this avenue, I stated several times I did not want to sign up for anything, Yet was very pressured anyway. Businesses like this should not be partnered with airports. Many people will fall victim to this type of hustling and pressuring if they are not aware of how this company operates. It makes me very concerned about their data security practices since they are willing to mistreat people by pressuring them to sign up for their services. If they are mishandling people, are they even capable of handling the data of their customers in a ********************** way. We as customers have no way of telling that. As customers, we deserve better.

      CLEAR ( an airport travel aid) charged my credit card without my consent. They were not authorized and they did not provide a service. My information was given online with the understanding that I would have a 90 day free trial period. The membership would begin once I met a CLEAR agent in an airport, who would activate my account. This never happened. Yet the day I signed up online, my credit card was immediately charged. As a customer, my trust in this business has been violated.

      HORRIBLE DO NOT PURCHASE! If I could give a minus rating, I would. Attempted to charge card prior to the 30 day trial period. Could not cancel through online site, kept putting me in a loop. Had to get the telephone number to cancel through an outside source. Thought it was legitimate business because was at airport, I believed the airport would have vetted the company. NO! Not legitimate.

      Like many others, I was approached by a representative while waiting in line. She offered a one-time "skip the line" trial. I made it very clear that I did not want to be charged for any memberships and would only proceed if it was a one-time offer of skipping the line. The representative assured me it was. Yet, less than three weeks later, I was charged a $199 annual membership fee. No one answers at the call center, so now Im left disputing the charge through my credit card company.
