  Incredible customer service! If you don't read what you're acknowledging that it runs into a subscription after the trial, you'll be upset and possibly think they have bad practices. You just have to actually read that acknowledgement and cancel before the trial is over if you don't want the subscription. The customer service is outstanding, pleasant and all over 5 stars in itself. They don't try to haggle or give you any grief about canceling like most subscription based companies. They're very fast, understanding and seem genuinely happy to help you cancel, change the plan, log in or site issues, I've done it all and calling was the best way for me to get everything I needed done. I recommend them to everyone! Only things I'd change are sending a reminder email about the trial ending before it ends and getting more updated information and working out the similar name mix **** It be nice to be able to edit my own info and just have it verified that it's legit so that the best info/the info I want public can be available. Otherwise amazing company!

  This company has charged my card over 4 times for $26 dollars I dont even remember subscribing to it there is no way that I can unsubscribe Ive tried before , I have even put my card on lock and that still hasnt worked I have been trying to contact someone for about 3 months nb has gotten back to me about it so please can someone get back to me about this ?
