The account was reactivated on 06/28/25 with our $1.00 7-day trial. Upon further review, it appears we did not receive a request to cancel prior to the end of the trial. In that event, your account was automatically renewed to the monthly subscription of $32.89.
Additionally, we offer multiple hassle-free ways to cancel your account. You are able to cancel online, through email, live chat or by calling our customer service.
Please be assured your account was closed because it appears you disputed our charges with your bank. Please be assured the account is canceled and closed. We are locked out of any further transactions. You would need to follow up with your bank regarding the resolution of the dispute and the return of any funds to your account.

1 starI Also fell for their SCAM 7 day trial for $1 (which I tuned off AUTOPAY LESS THAN 1 HOUR LATER) i was only checking information. i didn't need a subscription, not only was i charged $3089 2 days later their information was inaccurate on both their sites i know.. i contacted both parties personally t verify.. I signed up for a different trial (not Ownerly) and cancelled the same day. 7 days later I got charged for Ownerly. ****** got my money back but Ownerly sent me an ugly email stating I never cancelled. 1 starOn April 21st, I paid BeenVerified $1 for a Carfax report. I did not sign up for a membership. My understanding was that I was simply paying for the automobile report. On April 29th, I was charged $29.99 by BeenVerified for a monthly membership. I was able to cancel the membership via chat bot but was unable to get a refund despite attempts through the chat function and email. It is impossible to reach a human agent. I feel this is unacceptable and somewhat deceptive business practice lureing people into coughing up money and then elude accountability with dead-end customer support.
