              I am unable to log into my account to print a return label as the website directed me to do. I have requested numerous times a password reset but have not received the email to do so. I have sent 5 emails requesting the return label, submitted the customer contact form asking for help to reset my password and nothing has worked. I need to return the boots ordered because they were too big. I am ready to put the charges in dispute with my credit card company due to lack of response from Lugz.

              Absolute worst customer service ******* who replies to emails with a minimum of 2 weeks is the worst. I ordered 2 shoes both 7.5 W different style. I received the shoes within 2 weeks or ordering. Unfortunately the wrong shoes in the box it was a size 7 inside. I email Lugz 2 weeks later a reply they will send a replacement. 2 weeks for the replacement to arrived but they sent a size 7.5 Men's I feel like they do this on purposed. They don't care about their customers. I emailed again waited another 2 weeks for reply. I said I will send both shoes back when I receive my correct shoes. I do not trust them. Which was the right moved they said they will send again the correct shoes and a new return label it's been about a month still didn't received anything not even an email. I have 2 shoes I can't use and out of my money. I ordered these shoes on Nov. 22 it is now February 17
