      I bought ALDO shoes and after a short period of time it has a lot of defects and ALDO not willing to assist me with the issue. I paid $100 for these shoesand I already have to throw them to the trash after one month of normal use

      I placed an order on ******** on August 27th for two rings, in size 5, I received the first ring around September 9th which left me wondering what happened to the second ring. On September 15th I received an email from Afterpay saying I received a refund of 2.60$ since my second item couldnt be processed. I was baffled because I never received an email from Aldo. And secondly because the item didnt cost 2.60$ so why did I get refunded that amount. I finally received a package the last week of September from Aldos, with a second ring in it. I thought nothing of it and put it on my dresser, on October 3rd when I went to go put on the ring I realized it was a size 7, not a size 5. I called Aldos and spent almost an hour on hold to speak to someone and got a return shipping label to return and receive a refund for the wrong item sent. I sent it back, and see the item was delivered back to Aldos on October 20th. Its not November 1st, I have yet to receive a refund for an order I initially placed in August!!!!. Ive tried calling Aldos 4 times since October 27th and the hold time is ridiculous. Right now Im on hold, and have been on hold for 41 minutes still unable to reach anyone. I just want my refund of the item I paid for and didnt receive in the right size and have already returned!! Please.

      I ordered a bag and shoes for my daughters graduation and received 2 bags.I called and spoke with a representative who advised that my best option was to return the extra bag to the closest store, which is 40 mins drive from where I live. When I explained that I do not live close to the location that was given, I was told that I could reorder the shoes but there would be no guarantee that I would get the shoes in time as I was leaving in 3 days for the graduation.I was told that they would contact the closest store and have them ship the shoes that day only to find out that they did not honor their promise and now I doubt I will get the product that I ordered in time for my travels.To make matters wore, I only received $11.20 discount for my inconvenience.I have dealt with many companies where I have had to return items and never had such unapologetic attitude to the circumstance in which Aldo place me in.

      Getting in touch with ALDO is almost impossible. I've called customer service twice and stayed on the phone waiting for over 30 minutes each time. Then, I called the store closest to me in ********** ** and they NEVER answer the phone so this is my only option. I placed an order on November 25th, Order #********* for the GENICULATALA bag. However, I received the GENICULATA bag instead. Spelled similarly but different bags. The closest store to me in in ********** ** which is a 45 minute drive. I shouldn't have to waste my time and gas returning this bag when it's not my mistake. However, I can't get ahold of anyone to correct the issue. I just want what I order. I'm uploading pictures or what I received.

      I purchased a pair of heels that I DID NOT end up wearing and I wanted to return them. When I went to return them I was told they were worn and I can’t get a refund. I told her again I didn’t wear them. They stood in my room. She proceeded to tell me “I can tell when shoes are worn and you wore these”. At this point I was feeling extremely uncomfortable and the environment was getting hostile. I just wanted to return the shoes that I did not wear. Instead she false accused me of wearing the shoes. I tried these shoes on and that was it. I’m extremely upset and want my money back. I definitely will be contacting cooperate and sharing my experience on social media.
