Good day I am extremely disappointed in aldo I ordered some items in Jan 2025 I kept some items and returned the rest. Today i went back to look at my statement to see if I was ever refunded. Never! Why would it be upon my self to follow up on the return and refund versus the store that should have refunded my account upon receipt of the return. I am extremely annoyed. I was in the process of trying to place a new order when I saw i was never credited for my last return Order # *********.I need the refund of the items I returned immediately. Customer Injury and Hostile Treatment by ********************** Staff Immediate Attention Required I am writing to report an alarming incident that occurred on 4/16/2025 at store ***** **** **************** location in *************, **. At 66 years old, I suffered a fall when an unsecured ottoman slid out from under me, causing me to fall directly onto my tailbone.Rather than receiving care and professionalism, I was met with shocking hostility. The manager on duty, ******** *******, witnessed my fall but refused to assist, dismissively stating, Its not that serious, no one pushed you. When I requested to file an incident report, she told me she had to text another manager, ******* *********, and had no idea when we would receive a response.A sales associate aggressively told me to leave, blamed me for the fall, and accused me of trying to cause trouble. Even worse, a stock associate was overheard saying I should have busted [my] head open. This is cruel, completely unacceptable behavior towards any customer.I was forced to call the police and file a report. ********** had to check me on sitebecause your employees refused to do so.This store was not only unsafe but also created a hostile, disrespectful environment when I simply asked for basic assistance after an injury.I am demanding a formal investigation, disciplinary action against the staff involved, and immediate steps to correct the stores unsafe setup.I still wasnt provided an incident report and the employees were laughing at me. Paid for an item during the cyber sale and revieve confirmation and the following day tracking. A week later I get an email saying the items are out of stock. Why would they take my money and allow me to purchase if the items were not in stock. To add insult to injury for the distrust as I feel like they only offered to try and get you on the website and buy other things that are more pricey instead of having the items they promised on sale. They offered a 15 percent off next pur case that doesn't ecwn cover a third of what the discount was when I made the initial purchase. Now I'm out of an item I purchased for the jolodays my account is short that money with no item and I wasn't offered a proper solution. They did what they wanted to they took my money lied about the products and sale and then insulted me by I viti g me back ro spend wvwn more money on items qith a discount that doesn't equal to what was being offered and that was the whole point in making the purchase was the discount being offered st the moment on those itemsCustomer Answer

On 4 Dec, I ordered a pair of shoes. The website stated they would arrive by 9 Dec. They have not arrived yet. I contacted their customer service online and they said they did not know when they would ship the shoes or when they would arrive? I asked the agent this was an issue and I wanted it elevated. Aldo does not know when this item will be shipped or when it will arrive. There is no supervisor available and this issue cannot be elevated, is what the agent said. On October 3, 2024, I placed an order for Aldo. See ********* for Order Number. This package was shipped out on October 5, 2024. Their Order Policy states standard shipping is 4-6 days. To date, October 15, 2024, I still have not received the package. It is uncertain when or if I will ever receive this package. I am asking for Aldo to refund me the money that I spend on this as I have not received it and it is uncertain when I will be receiving it. This is unacceptable that I will have to wait over 12 days for a package.Customer Answer

I placed an order on ******** on August 27th for two rings, in size 5, I received the first ring around September 9th which left me wondering what happened to the second ring. On September 15th I received an email from Afterpay saying I received a refund of 2.60$ since my second item couldnt be processed. I was baffled because I never received an email from Aldo. And secondly because the item didnt cost 2.60$ so why did I get refunded that amount. I finally received a package the last week of September from Aldos, with a second ring in it. I thought nothing of it and put it on my dresser, on October 3rd when I went to go put on the ring I realized it was a size 7, not a size 5. I called Aldos and spent almost an hour on hold to speak to someone and got a return shipping label to return and receive a refund for the wrong item sent. I sent it back, and see the item was delivered back to Aldos on October 20th. Its not November 1st, I have yet to receive a refund for an order I initially placed in August!!!!. Ive tried calling Aldos 4 times since October 27th and the hold time is ridiculous. Right now Im on hold, and have been on hold for 41 minutes still unable to reach anyone. I just want my refund of the item I paid for and didnt receive in the right size and have already returned!! Please.
