      I ordered a cover letter, resume, and LinkedIn profile for $314 and a seven day period. At midnight on the 6th day they sent three completely unusable products with instructions for me to make the rewrites. I responded to the writer the next morning and no one responded. I got on the chat and it said to call and they were closed. I got on the phone and there was no answer. I emailed and got no response. I filed a claim with my credit card company and THEN got a response from the company asking to change writers. The first draft was not completed by a professional resume writer (as advertised) and I do not trust the next revision or the company to give me timely documents. I need to be hired by the end of the year and taking up weeks and money and not getting a real resume written is unacceptable.

      Sep 26 I ordered resume services and expected to have something within 7 days. Instead I get something that is clearly written by AI or someone who didnt review or revise their own writing, within hours. It was not proper at all and did not match my career or goals at all. I am going for higher level positions here and it looks like a high schooler wrote it. On Sep 28 I asked for a refund. It is now Oct 19 and I still have no refund, being told the resume was at their standards, not mine.

      I requested a resume update service, the Career Evolution Resume Writing Package, which I paid for through Affirm for $210.95. I have no complaints and was happy with that service. But, they also charged me the Ultimate Career Confidence package for $420.70. I never signed up for this package. I have attempted several times to communicate. There is no phone number or email to contact them. Only messaging through their website. If anyone ever answers it takes over 12 hours and they have not addressed my complaint.I also paid for the Get The Word Out package via my bank account for $90. This was a service to post my resume to over 50 different websites. They have done nothing for this package. No one answers my complaints either.I am asking them to contact Affirm to let them know that I did not request the $420 package or email me proof that they agree with **** would also like a refund of my $90 for the Get The Word Out package.I have used *********************** for the resume service. I have also used *********************** for Affirm.

      On 9/13/2023 I purchased the Resume and cover letter for $219.00. On 9/22 I added the LinkedIn profile update for $99.00 while my writer was still working on my resume and cover letter. All three items are riddled with grammatical errors and redundancies. I started reaching out on 09/26 to have these issues resolved. It is now 10/2 and I am not even close to getting better documents. The writer even insulted me saying I was unaware of this "resume" grammar which was widely accepted. I don't think so, sir. I'm almost certain these are being written by writers who speak English as a second language. This makes for a very difficult resume experience. They've offered a new writer twice which I said "YES" to the first time, but one was never assigned to me. The second time they asked I simply stated I wanted a refund as it was obvious this was not going anywhere. I've also emailed ********************************** to which I have not gotten a response. I just want my $318.00 back so I can hire another writer. One I'll be meeting in person firs this time.

      This same resolution was offered to me on September 29th. I accepted, but never received correspondence from a new writer. I asked for official correspondence from their company at that point as things were becoming rather frustrating. No documentation provided. After three days of no communication, I requested the refund on Oct 2nd, to which they now offered a new writer and a thank you letter. I said no as Im no longer interested in working with this company at all. On Oct 6th I was told the refund request would be submitted and I would receive outcome in 1-2 business days. 5 days (3 business days later) I was told a refund would not be provided but that they would match me with another writer; despite acknowledging I had previously declined this offer. 

      This company is a scam. The employees are not native English speakers and they are farming resumes. My writer even tried to tell me that there was a completely different set of grammar rules for resume writing. Im sorry, sir. ***** not how this works.

      I place an order with Top Resume on Sept 25th 2023 for the Professional Growth package. I provided a detailed resume that was professionally drafted by another service (Top Resume stated they reviewed my resume and found many issues with it and for some reason I believed them) and detailed information that Top Resume requested. Upon receiving my draft, I was dissatisfied. The formatting was grade school at best. There was Grammatical errors, wordiness, and they didnt even use the information that I provided for the bullet points. I never downloaded the first draft, and I ask for cancellation and to stop payment. They refused to cancel. I have filed a dispute with the payment source because of their refusal.

      The Document is poorly written and not up to the standards represented by the company. I only received an initial draft which I was not satisfied with. I never received any final product. The draft that I received is not usable for any job search. I was told by this company that they reviewed my resume and identified many areas that needed improvement even though I had just paid a professional to write it for me. I believed them and then they provided a worse resume than the original. I provided detailed information that they claimed they would used as bullet points and they placed them under the wrong jobs and left some of them out. So they had my previous resume and specific instructions and still managed to get it wrong. They are literally stealing money from me.

      This is the document I originally received that was completely wrong based on the information that provided to the company. They misplaced information and transcribed information incorrectly. I received an initial draft that I was extremely unhappy with for the above reasons and also because the whole thing is poorly formatted and written. I sent them a much better resume than the one revised. I asked immediately for a refund and to stop the project and have been met with nothing but terrible customer service and a headache. I cannot even use the resume that was provided. Unfortunately, I was scammed out of my money.

      I hired this website on 08/21/2023 I received a terrible very amateur resume, cover letter, phone conversations, linkedin posting and thank you letter.This company uses amateur "writers" who I suspect use AI to "write" your resume. Please stay away. They also do not stand behind their product. When I expressed dissatisfaction they refused to refund me. I don't know what fine print I missed, but although they claim to have a 60-guarantee, all they "guarantee" is that they will rewrite your resume, not refund you. I found a superior product for $19 on Resume Genius and suggest you go there and avoid this company.

      The business is not addressing my concern. They use AI to auto fill a resume and charged me a total of $450.00 to do so. 

      I have since paid another company $19.99 to do just that and am dar happier with their designs.

      I expect a refund of $350.00 and have disputed that amount with my credit card. 

      if you read the majority of the reddit reviews, you will see similar experiences. 

      The company do not permit reviews on their website. I think that says it all 

      When I called to inquire,  I was told I should have checked reviews by googling the company. 

      Tgey should be out of business asap and stop scamming people at vulnerable times of tgeir career journey.

      Their concern is this message seems to be that I have disputed their charge with my credit card.

      I mentioned to Top Resume more times than I can believe, that the only response from them I care to consider is a 100% full refund. Their service is a scam and they should be put out of business. Please ****** them and you will see that many other of their customers are very dissatisfied with their services. I should have done that myself before spending an obscene amount of money for a scam.

      As I have explained in this case, after refusing their junk product, I paid $19.99 for an AI service that gave me a superior product which I currently use.

      Again, Top Resume should be put out of business. They are preying on people and scamming them out of money.

      Please help and bring this back and forth to a close.

      I was also scammed be their resume review process and thought they would be able to deliver. I ordered the "Career Confidence" resume writing package that included a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile with an "executive writer". The first resume that was sent to me was the most unprofessional mess of a document and I requested a refund. They assigned me to another writer that they claimed was more experience, and she repeatedly disregarded my edit requests entirely and wrote gibberish into what are supposed to be professional documents. I have not even made edits to her cover letter because the English is so poor that it is difficult to read and would need an entire rewrite. The amount of time it will take me to improve upon these documents is more than the time it will take me to edit my original resume, that was far better. I have been requesting a refund for 2 weeks and they continuously ignore my requests. The last I heard from "******" they offered a 30% refund?! (even though I have not received any finalized documents) or reassignment to yet another amateur writer. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company and expect a full refund for services not rendered. They are also not honoring their 60 day guarantee and I can guarantee that their documents could never produce an interview.

      Date of transaction: 7/4/23 Amount: $349 Committed: provide a high quality, custom, modern resume. What I received was full of typos, grammatical errors (I am a writer and this was a joke), and because I paid for the top suite of products, I was to receive a cover letter, resume, and linked in profile. All three were simply repeats of one another. The look of the resume was extremely basic, like a template. And there was a guarantee of job interviews promised. What I received was worth less than 10% of what I paid. Dispute: I have contacted their support 8 times in the past several days. Their first response was that they would review it with their team, then reported back that it passed their standards. I then responded whether it did or not, as a customer I was extremely unhappy and then pointed out all of the errors and false advertising. Since this point, they will not reply. I have sent 4 or 5 emails with zero response from their support team. I would like a full refund. The order number is **********. I purchased the Executive Priority Business Package.

      I hired TopResume to rewrite my resume. When signing up it was stated that I could ask for a new writer if I didn't like the one I was assigned. The initial work was awful and filled with errors. I gave feedback and continuously asked for a new writer. The company then 'ghosted' me without giving a new write, a refund, or any response at all. This company is clearly a scam that is predatory and aimed at taking people's money, then not delivering.
