              Metropolitan Property Group asked for a $1000 refundable hold for an apartment. The agent told me that the refundable hold fee would hold the apartment for me while I applied. I paid the fee, but decided to not apply for the apartment. I told the agent immediately who told me I'd refunded the fee on Monday (this was a Saturday). I called their office every day this week to refund my fee. I have yet to receive it and no one will respond to me.

              not rent for them they charge hidden fees in a rent. Every time I pay my rent in full she tries to charge an additional fee. they dont fix anything in the house we have not had no lights replaced. We have no AC filters is molengoing through the walls. The walls have cracks in it. Its bugs coming through the floor they have termites. The Spanish lady at the rent office is racist. She does not try to help. She charges illegal fees record her. I have recordings of her when she tells you about a fee shes not gonna give you a valid reason on why you have to pay the fee and they cannot show you in any contract about the fee either. Its unsafe, livable conditions. They refuse to do anything I should not have to keep paying rent to a place that is trying to charge additional and wont fix anything.
