Refund and Exchange Policy

Madison Avenue Couture does not take returns on never used items. Any item for which the condition states never used, pristine and/or store fresh is a final sale. Please take this into consideration when making a purchase.
We accept returns only on items described as in Preloved - Mint or Preloved - Excellent condition providing that the security tag has not been removed and the item is in the same condition as when it was sold.  Refunds will be placed back on the credit card used or to the bank account, if the initial payment was by bank wire transfer.
If the order was placed on a credit card and has been processed, the refund will be made less a 5% restocking to cover the non-refundable credit card processing fee and our shipping and handling fees. (Transactions refunded on a foreign credit card will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the non-refundable foreign exchange conversion fees charged by the buyer's credit card issuer.) Should we incur custom charges due to the return, those charges are borne by the returnee.
Please email [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of the item that you wish to return. We will issue you a return authorization. Please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the package. On receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue the refund within two business days.
We video all items prior to shipping and we reserve the right to reject a return if the item appears to have been used or the security tag tampered with. 
If a return is from outside the United States and we are subject to custom charges, those charges will be deducted from the refund.
We are not responsible for any return shipped to an incorrect address or lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise that packages containing returns be insured.
