    HVAC is not working i have 2 children with ***** and we are having heat wave i have reached out to managment via email and no phone and get no answer we are suffering

    The leasing renewal department as well as the leasing office on property is currently on violation of my rights by not providing adequate updated leasing documentation. Ive contacted the office management, leasing department, upper management and original leasing coordinator in regards to receiving an updated lease to prevent any potential rental payments issues. The management is blatantly refusing, being argumentative, unprofessional, non compliance, and giving me the run around in regards to receiving updated documentation to prevent future rental payments, to cause eviction proceedings. There are initially setting me to be evicted by not providing adequate updated leasing agreement which is a legal documentation when there currently no issues with the rent. They move people in with a voucher to harassment them, stalk them , and try to set tenants like me up for some sort of violation. This is morally and ethically wrong what there doing. When Im just trying to get an updated lease to move forward with my personal business. This is intimidation tactics, discrimination, and bias behavior to the fullest extent. This on going prejudice issue with this company needs to be addressed, handled, and measures need to be taken to avoid landlord tenant harassment and distress and unnecessary eviction proceedings, by not providing adequate updated documentation. Although I submitted all required documentation via email, but they want me to utilize snail mail to cause ongoing delays and stagnation in a situation thats due cause for a sense of urgency. They are refusing to send me doc sign documentation, or set up face to face appointment because an updated lease is currently needed to avoid any confusion or delays with the rental payments . They know it coincide with one another so why be so adamant about purposely delaying the process. Nothing they do make sense.     I have received a new refrigerator and just recently it stopped working it stopped the day after I went food shopping I reported the issue to my management office which the reasure me that the problem would be fixed but it has been 5 days since I reported this problem.I reported this issues on October 11th and till this day I'm still waiting for a refrigerator. All my food spoiled and had to be thrown out and I have my grandchildren who needs to eat plus drink Milk daily which I can't provide due to no where to store.Please someone help me

    Approximately between the months of June-August, 2023 during my recertification process I tried on several different occasions unsuccessfully to reach the leasing agent/representative for my housing unit about obtaining a copy of my current leasing agreement. My numerous calls and emails have gone unanswered. No feedback from anyone. If and when someone/anyone picks up to answer my call I am then only transferred to a voicemail or another ringing phone that no one seems to be answering. I've had to conduct housing related business outside on public sidewalks because it's been said that no one is allowed to enter into the building/offices because of COVID. How unprofessional and inhumane is that process. All I simply want is a copy of my current lease agreement so that I may conduct my personal business in a timely manner and I hopefully wish that occasionally a human connection and feedback be interchanged whilst trying to reach someone at the extension I am calling. It seems as though the only time I ever hear from anyone at this business is when they need something from me which is so completely one-sided

    I've called multiple people to try to resolve the maintenance issues in the building, the stealing of packages, the trespassing of people to use illegal substance in the hallways and lobby, the braking ************** door to get in, the laundry room never works. When you call the property manager he never picks up and when he does, he listings to what you have to say says he is going to call you back and never does. I've had to hire a plumber to fix a leak because they never came to fix it, I lasted 1 year without air conditioner I had to stop paying rent in order to get their attention. Please HELP !

    Ive called several times to inquire about transferring apartments. Each time I am told that I will receive a response and no one has called me back and/or responded to my email that was sent over a week ago. I just simply want to know the process for transferring to a different apartment in the same building.
