- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Cancellation and Refund Policy -- The balance of your surgical fee, operating room fee, and the anesthesia fee is due 2 weeks prior to your surgery. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled surgery you will be refunded 50% of the surgical fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your scheduled surgery you will forfeit all fees. In the event of a medical emergency we will hold all monies on account for one (1) calendar year. If the procedure has to be rescheduled for any event we will hold all monies on account for one (1) calendar year.
