      ***** and ******* delivered my **** Bravia new TV set, installed and cabled the new installation, and handled the various software updates that had to be performed, all of which took time and involved quite a number of passwords and authorization codes.They were awesome and really knew what they were doing. More importantly, they went out of their way to make it all happen including getting us set up with various applications since our cable box just happened to fail while they were working.This is more like it! Two people who know what they are doing and care enough to do a really good job. This couldn't have been a better experience.
