    I purchased a small.25 ounce container of Strivectin neck and decollage cream from *******. A few days into the product I found small black hairs within the cream. I emailed Strivectin to complain and alert them. They suggested I go back to the place of purchase for a refund. I did receive my refund but I think Strivectin should be more concerned with the packaging practices and what gets into these containers. Disgusting! I will never purchase this product again.

    I have attempted to contact Strivectin for a return and refund following their process outlined on their site twice and have received no reply.

    I was charged for a purchase I did not make on strivectin.com. I called the customer service number and was told that they were only dealing with customers via email. It said that they would send me a text so that I could provide my email. I did this 3 times and did not get a text. Then I tried the customer support email provided on the website. I received no reply. I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will never buy Strivectin again. There must be something better by a legitimate company
