      On 0/14/2023 I was charged $97.99 by Strivectin. I did not order anything from them nor have I received any product within the last two weeks. I do not know what this charge is for. I e mailed them on 09/14/203 disputing this charge. E mailed them again on 0nt 09/15/2023. Emailed them again on 09/18/2023. I have called them on 09/18/2023 and was told I would receive a text. This did not happen. Called them on 09/20/2023. Did not receive text. They NEVER answer their phone. It is ALWAYS a recording. I did order a product from them over four months ago in which I received and did not like. I did not Receive or reorder anything else and never will. The $97.99 has not been credited to my account nor have I received any product in which I was charged for. How could this company have an A+ rating on your page with all the complaints received by you and if they are not even BBB accredited. I want this charge reversed.

      On august 30th, I purchased product for $143.51. I received no confirmation, no delivery expected time frame. The page that gave me my order number specifically says you will receive a confirmation email where is it? I tried calling the business and they have an automated system telling customers they can only communicate via text or ******** messenger. When I select text, I never received a text. I emailed them at ******************************** and received an autoreply saying I would hear back from them within 1-2 days. I have not. This is starting to feel more and more like a scam and I want a confirmation of my order with estimated delivery time or my money back.

      I was considering placing an order. I went to put in a discount code, but hit the wrong button and placed order. I began to immediately call and email to cancel the order. I finally reached someone who advised they would cancel the order. I still have not been refunded. No one answers the phone or responds to voicemails or emails. The amount was $469.01.
