  I very rarely write or post reviews for products/services but felt compelled to do so for this exceptional company. I am an infrequent international traveler, and allowed my passport to expire during COVID. My husband and I decided to travel outside the U.S, for an upcoming special occasion. Based upon all of the media coverage about passport delays and problems, I was very nervous about getting my passport renewed and being able to take our trip. For a passport and passport card, the **************** advertises an expedited processing time of 7-9 weeks for self sought service for $220. For about $90 additional, I let ItsEasy handle this for me, and I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone, even if you don't need your passport especially quickly. ItsEasy pre-reviews your application, photos, and other materials; hand delivers your application to ********** (this could add weeks to your wait if sent yourself via ****** interfaces with ********** on your behalf; and communicates with you via a status dashboard and 24/7 chat feature. They let me know my passport photo taken by AAA was not up to specs (which would have added weeks of delay if rejected by the **********), and provided a simple photo app to get a better photo (easy even for the non-tech savvy like me). From the time I sent my application overnight to ItsEasy ****** fee included within that $90 total fee) to the time my passport arrived at my home was only 7 weeks!! You cannot go wrong with these guys. My family will be a customer for life whenever we need to renew a passport. Five gold stars. ********************** **

  Services provided were exactly as advertised. I did have to call twice to verify the initial review documents but it was not a big deal. Passport was received earlier than promised. What a relief! And ******* was very patient going over the instructions. I would use again!*************************

  In December 2022 I went on line, my ****** search was for passport renewals. I was provided a form & charged $89. It was for my husband. I waited & waited (I looked on ********* stated passports were taking up to 13 weeks). A few days later(4/28/23) I received an email from US **** of ************** Passport Ctr. Saying thank you for your recent passport application The website to which you submitted is not affiliated with the US **** of ****** Therefore I needed to submit check/mo to ** **** of ***** for $130. Not sure what Easy Passports did - I could have gotten the form for free. I also had to go to a facility for a passport picture which cost $20. Plus pay postage to mail it. I was forced to cancel our trip! Ive called Easy Passports 2-3 times a day for a week- it rings busy every time. The number I am calling is the phone number listed for them plus my credit card company verified the number. I think their new name should be Easy Money we make by pretending to be a legitimate company. I certainly would never refer them.

  I placed an order for a *********** on Wednesday February 8th and paid extra for expedited processing and pre-check of the documents. I uploaded all the necessary documents that evening.The website clearly states that you will receive feedback on uploaded documents within 4 business hours. On Thursday February 9th when they had been open for 4 hours I contacted support since I had not received feedback on my documents, I was assured that I would receive feedback by the end of the day.On Friday February 10th when they had been open for 2 hours I contacted them again asking when I was going to get feedback on my documents and they gave me the same answer as the day before, you will get it by the end of today.When I explained that this was unacceptable given that I had paid extra for expedited service and pre-check and wanted to cancel my order, they told me they do not have an order cancellation notification, and that it could take up to one week for my money to be refunded.Since they had already broken the promise on their advertised services twice, I mentioned that I wanted a notification when the order was cancelled and I was told they could email me in about a week.At this point I gave up and called my credit card company to block the charges. I have had good luck with It's Easy in the past, but this was a really bad customer experience.Order#******

  In a world where so many businesses make promises and don't come close to delivering, Its *********** out as a pronounced exception. A couple of week prior to a long planned family vacation I went to look for my Passport and couldn't find it anywhere. Panicked I began making calls to get the process of a replacement expedited. I initially went to *** ** as they advertize all over the internet their partner "**** ** ********" (Should have read the reviews first), they took my money filled out all the forms, and they said I had to call directly. No one ever picked up the phone. Called "Its easy", spoke to a person after a short wait, he walked me through everything, from making the needed appointment to filling out the appropriate paper work and finally making sure all the I's were dotted, and T's crossed. He gave me a timeline of when I should get the passport and it showed up on the exact date. This was all during Christmas week. It was expensive, but worth every ***** in peace of mind.
