  False advertising, they charge $500 for a ************ which you can do for 20% of the time and for $100 directly on a consulate website. There is no guarantee they will deliver the requested service and refuse to clarify further information from an embassy (for example, if you requested 5 years and you receive 1 year, they won't even attempt to reach out to the embassy to clarify to determine the issue). Overall, it is easier and more cost effective to use yourself or another service.

  THIS BUSINESS IS A FRAUD! DO NOT USE IT. They asked me to ***** my passport to them, which I did, and then they claimed the passport must have been removed from the packet by ***** and stolen. They will ask you to provide your Social Security number and your private information along with taking a photo with their online system. DO NOT DO IT! I called and emailed multiple times trying to find out where my documents were, and I could never speak with a reaL manager. I got a different person each time. I asked for my money to be returned and never heard back from them. Again, THIS IS A NOT A REAL BUSINESS. IT IS A FRONT TO STEAL YOUR PASSPORT AND YOUR IDENTITY.

  This company goes above and beyond to help you get your passport. I am an airline pilot and made a mistake with my passport paperwork so I was a bit delayed in getting everything done. The CEO personally reached out and informed me that with their current timeline we could get it done on time. He had no idea I worked for the airlines, all he knew is I made a mistake with paperwork and that he wanted to help fix it. I cannot express enough how helpful this company is. When you call the number a real person picks up the phone with real helpful answers. Wow. I am so grateful for this company and highly recommend using them especially if youre in a bit of a crunch with getting your passport. I also did research and this company is government approved. All my documents came correctly.

  Our experience with itseasy has been a nightmare. We have filled out this paperwork multiple times, each with some type of error on their part. We ended up changing travel dates and may have to change them again. We paid for expedited service with them not knowing that the consulate was closed? Really?!? Shouldnt they know that ahead of time? Wouldn't you advise the 'customer' that expedited would not be available due to that? It seems that these people either didn't know or decided not to say and instead charged for it. Please know that just as I am sharing just a fraction of our displeasure and disappointment with 'itseasy' because it has not been. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to go through.

  If you are skeptical like me I can tell you this company is legit. I did my research and ultimately chose them for a passport we needed within a week. They were very professional and had great communication through text, phone call, and email. We had a situation arise and multiple employees including the ** did everything they could to help us resolve it. They are not cheap but if you need a passport fast I would recommend.

  Booked a cruise in august. Was told at that time we didn't need a passport. 1 month prior to trip received an email from travel agent that NOW a passport is mandatory for boarding. Freaked out. Called liberty travel for advice.. itseasy.com was recommended. Followed all the instructions TO THE LETTER! Received passport within 5 days. THANK YOU ******* & ***** for all you did for us.

  ??????WARNING ??????It's Easy *************************** do not have the ability to provide a passport or make it easy. It's run by a lot nonsense and not trustworthy. **************** Reps that lie to cover for each other , like ******. A *********** Manager ******* ***** unqualified to assist . Repeating what was already requested months prior. ************************* **** ********** ************** failed to provide the services that I paid for. No integrity in this company. **** took the time to point out the unqualified work of **** Tracking and Delivery to an Unknown Agent. Then suggested I report the passport card that I never received as STOLEN and start again. They operate like criminals.. Since time lapsed ************************* indicated that there was nothing IT'S EASY ******************************* could do. I requested a refund on 10/02/2023. Never again. What a horrible company. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY WASTING ************* ON A BUSINESS THAT CANNOT PRODUCE WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. Where adults with useless titles fail to do their jobs.

  For a company that has been in business for over 40 years I don't understand why there isn't more feedback on here.Was getting passports for my children. I paid for 6 day service. Of course I had to wait until 14 days before travel time. Went to the post office on that day and sent the documents. I included a document that I thought would be needed, they told me not to include it, and my It's Easy rep told me over the phone it wasn't needed either.7/14 Sent Documents 7/17 Received Documents 7/19 **************** received my documents, 2 days after they arrived.7/24 **************** emailed It's easy and myself stating they needed more documents. NO ONE CONTACTED me and I didn't see my email until later. They needed the document I was told Not to send.The state department's idea of express shipping is taking 4 days on **** shipping. I was never going to get the passports in time even if they would have had all the information they needed.Vacation was scheduled for 7/28, needless to say I was out my $1200 for their expediting service, as well as over $4000 in vacation non refundable items that were planned for my children's vacation.

  I found my passport to be water damaged 3 weeks before an international trip. I was able to get a replacement through their service with minimal hassle. Their customer service was responsive and kind; I never had more than a 10 minute wait to speak to an agent. My new passport arrived in time for my trip. Hopefully I never need their services again, but I was glad they were able to provide service when I needed them.

  This app does not provide the correct information and has very small print instructions on how to proceed step bye step I think they over charge also for there service I put in an order in April of 2023 and my application did not go through until June 2023 and I had to go to the department is passport and get my own passports because the travel date was so close and I still havent received my passports I would not use this service again
