DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a shredder for our company from Shoplet. I ordered the shredder on 1/16/24. The same day, I received an email about an authorization form. I emailed the signed authorization form on 1/17/24. I received an email the same day, that the authorization for was under review for 24- 48 hours. Shoplet emailed on 1/22/24, four business days not ***** hours the zip code was incorrect (which this error was on my part). I wasn't able to respond until 01/23/24: I respond with correct zip & asked for tracking information. Shoplet's response on 01/23/24 was it will be shipped 1/25/24. I didn't receive tracking information on 1/23/24. On 1/24/24, I emailed & asked for the tracking number. Shoplet responded the same day with, it would be ***** hrs for tracking information. I called Shopplet on 1/26/24 to ask about tracking. Shoplet emailed me with the shipping company but not tracking on 1/26/24. I called Shoplet on 1/29/24 about tracking. I was finally emailed my tracking. The shredder was shipped on 1/26/24 & was to arrived on 1/30/24. I didn't receive a shipment until 1/31/24. When I opened the shipment it was not a shredder: it was an air purifier. I called Shoplet on 1/31/24 about the air purifier I had received. Shoplets solution was for me to return the air purifier, when Shoplets process the return, they would then ship the shredder. I feel Shoplet should have shipped the shredder, then the same day the shredder was delivered the air purifier should have been returned. It had been over 2 weeks since I first ordered the shredder. Shoplet would not ship the shredder first. I had spoke with a supervisor as well. I was told I would have to wait ***** hours for a RMA. We are returning the air purifier & asking for a refund. I had Shoplet email me they would not charge a refund or shipping for the return of the air purifier.
