    Never received an order. They charged me $70 and never gave me a refund. They responded once and then never were to be heard from again. Do NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

    Ordered Xmas present 11/26. Delivered 12/26. Asked for something to be done was told everything was okay bc delivered even tho after Xmas and recipient had already left. No further responses to my outreaches. Extremely disappointed in customer service and wait time. Do not recommend

    Paid extra for expedited shipping that promised delivery in 3-5 days. Product didnt ship until the 6th day and they refused cancelation requested on the 5th day. Reading other reviews this is very common for this company. Wont do business with them again.

    I ordered 5 puzzles and requested to please be sure all faces are in puzzle. I received puzzles and face in all 5 puzzles was cut in half. The gifts had to go out this way. I did not receive an apology or any attempt to make this right. Shame on this company!

    I ordered on December 9th a picture pillow of my dad who passed, for my mom to get on Christmas. I paid $30 extra for shipping to get it expedited in 3-5 days. It is now December 20th and I just got a notification that it SHOULD arrive on December 27th, 18 DAYS LATER. The first time I emailed, I got an email a few hours later, and now when I email, its been days, and still no response. Terrible service. I wouldn't even be so upset if I was communicated with.

    This business is a scam. They were listed on ****.com as a seller of personalized pet photo pillows. I submitted an order but no etsy.com confirmation ever arrived. They took my money and no merchandise arrived when promised. I contacted their "customer service" and was sent a bogus tracking number from *****. Their website makes you think you are ordering from ********. I will contact my credit card company to report.
