    I placed the order on December 11th, this was for a keychain that I would have custom pictures put into so that way my wife would have pictures of us and our child, cats, and my own children as well. The order came in the mail the 28th and I picked it up from my local post office the 31st. Well I gave it to my wife and to our surprise when she opened it up all the pictures were completely see-through and impossible to see. Not only were the pictures of poor quality but the mechanism for "rewinding" the film back into the chain did not work as intended. This product was a cheap knockoff of the product advertised on their website. Upon reaching out to them within their return period as listed online they refused to refund me and just kept offering to give me another one for free even though I offered to even give them the original back. I just want my money back as this felt entirely like a scam from a crappy company taking advantage of people wanting to make something for their loved ones.

    Placed order and wish to cancel and get a full refund. Orders 3 days ago on the 16th and it states its unfulfilled so therefore I'm entitled to a full refund since item has not been made yet. Decided to get my wife something else. Submitted the documents in which says the order is unfulfilled. CANCEL MY ORDER, AND REFUND PLEASE

    The business did not respond to my inquiries about order status after noticing it has been 15 business days since I placed my order and I shouldve received my item by the 12th day. Additionally, the tracking stopped about a week ago and it says the tracking number is invalid. I called the contact us phone number on the website and it is disconnected. This is a scam.

    I made a purchase on 12/5/23 for a pillow. It said delivery by 12/21. While its not 12/21 yet, they provided a fake tracking number and will not respond. Also their address and phone number appear to be fake upon further research. Seeking full refund.

    At last, the customer insists on that the tracking information is fake, but the tracking information is valid, the original tracking ID is *********** via OCS in ******* Domestic, when it released by US custom, **** will be in charge of delivering it, tracking ID ********************** ,according to the tracking information online, the package was delivered  in or at the mailbox at 2:36 pm on December 22, 2023 in *********, ** *****, we also attached the tracking information of the package.

    The customer received the package is agreed delivery date, so Yourphotosocks Store could not issue the refund, wish for your kind understanding.

    On 4/20/23 I placed an order (order number ******) for a photo pillow. On 05/05/23 I got a delivery receipt stating the package was delivered but never received the merchandise. I asked for a tracking number for *********** or *** and the business didnt provide a tracking number. They took my money and didnt send me the photo pillow.

    I ordered a product around 1 December 2022. It was supposed to be a blanket with a picture of a cat on it for my girlfriend. I ordered this through.yourphotosocks via a ****** advertisement. I submitted all the information and paid and tracked it. An entirely different product arrive to my house.(not a blanket) and I have emailed back and forth several times now for over a month just requesting the blanket or my money back. They will not agree to it and are delaying. I would like a refund or the product I ordered and submitted. Thank you very much for your assistance. Im sure youre very busy.

    I placed an order through their website on December 20th, which was paid in full for the amount of $50.14. The cost of the item was $21.95, and I paid an additional $25.99 for expidited shipping. Their website states that items take 3-5 days for "handling". I reached out to the company after the 5 business days had passed, and they replied on ***** stating that the product was being manufactured. The item I ordered did not ship out untill Jan 5th, and I did not recieve the package untill January 12th. When I recieved the package, it was damaged. I opened the package to find that there was no product in the package. I immediately reached out to the company and informed them of what happened. They requested that I send photo evidence of an empty package. I obliged, and sent them pictures showing that the item was not in the package, and that the package was visibly damaged during shipping.They offered to send me an additional item on January 16th. I replied that I would like a refund for the item. Since then, they have refused to communicate with me. I have emailed them through the email thread that we had started with this entire exchange, I have emailed them through the user portal on their website. I have attempted to call the phone number that they have listed dozens of times, only to find out that it is a ****** subscription number.They have taken the money for the item, and have not sent any item to me. I have requested that they refund the cost of the purchase, and they have ignored me. I would like to resolve this.Thank you for your time in reading this.

    So we shipped it out as soon as it was finished.

    The cutomer received the package and told us there is no item in the package 

    It must be stolen by someone or the customer lie to us, so we want to reship a new package to customer, but he doesn't agree.

    We have refunded him just now.

    I ordered merchandise and it never came. I believe They are scammers and stole my money for a Christmas present. I believe That I have Fake tracking info too.

    I ordered two photo pillows on September 11, 2022 for my daughter in *******************************. I gave this company the correct address, inadvertently leaving off the apartment number. This company never sent me the tracking number, they sent a bogus tracking number. By the time they gave me the actual tracking number the item had already been returned to them on 9/29/22. I contacted them and simply asked them to reship the returned items. They told me that I would have to pay half of the cost of my entire order for them to do this. I told them absolutely not and that I would like a refund for the items that we never received and this company is refusing to help in any way, unless I give them more money. Why would anyone in their right mind keep giving a company money for items they are not receiving. Also, the carrier never left delivery notices at my daughters location.
