I bought a tshirt that didn't fit right and when I reached out for an exange I was completely ignored. I reached out twice within the past week, even offered to pay for part of the process, even though they advertise free exchanges on their website, and no one has gotten back to me. $45.45 10/1/23 They advertised customized Family name sweatshirts. But they sent the sweatshirt with the family name of ******** that was on their advertisement. They did not customize the sweatshirt to my family name. I contacted the business on 10/11/23 regarding the issue. They still have not responded.Business Response

This company is an absolute scam. The quality of the shirts is awful. The screen printing fades and almost completely washes off after a couple of trips through the washing machine.The customer service is horrendous and nobody is getting back to me. The only reply i got to my first email was "we are still waiting for you to send us information - let us know if you did not receive that email". I NEVER RECEIVED THAT EMAIL despite 3 emails asking for them to re send it.There have been a number of reviews left recently from people having a similar experience. I purchased a sticker from designer Underhaven, order #********, through TeePublic on 10/6/23. On 10/7 I received an email stating "printing in progress". Then on 10/10 I received an email stating that my order was "on the way". I attempted to contact TeePublic via their "contact us" link on their website on 10/23 requesting a refund and received a confirmation email that my email had been received. I haven't had any other contact with TeePublic or Underhaven and I have not received the requested refund.Business Response

I tried to make a purchase with my credit card on their website. It was declined. When I called the bank to inquire why, they said there shows no reason why it was declined, and it infact shows the purchase went through. I tried using their insanely difficult robot help and got no where. I had to find their customer service number listed on a completely different website. When I called it, no answer, just a machine saying to leave a message. I want my item or I want my money back, or I will take legal action. This is blatant theif.Business Response

On 7/31/23 I received a notice my design was removed from teepublic who hosted it for sale as a result of a DMCA takedown filed by destroy everything DET. ** per policy I submitted proof that I owned the copyright to the design to teepublic which would reinstate my design for sale. I never received any response from teepublic whatsoever. I attempted to contact teepublic through their customer service and their legal email multiple times without even receiving the decency of a response despite proving without a shadow of a doubt the design was mine. On 9/06/23 I sent a certified letter using **** tracking # ******************** which showed delivered on 9/08/23 with the same information I provided by email and photocopies of my copyright information on the design and still received no response. This design was very successful for myself and teepublic and was featured in their advertising so I wanted to resolve the issue swiftly and since I provided the necessary proof of legal ownership to the design I would like to have it fully restored. I included also a sworn statement for legal purposes as well. But the fact that I was not even given any sort of response felt disrespectful to me considering I did nothing wrong and know I am the creator of the design and have legal ownership of it.Business Response

I provided more than enough proof of ownership of this design and this has been over two months still with no response

this is not even necessary. I provided proof of copyright ownership multiple times and the design is a parody as well. Of the person who filed the **** made a similar parody but didnt file a copyright, I am the rightful owner. This is beyond silly that you refuse to accept my counter to the **** and now will cost me legal fees and teepublic named a witness which will drag this out even further and consume much more time yet can be resolved by accepting my counter to the ****.In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Order number ******** was placed on 8/23/2023 and I was sent an email saying that it had been delivered in 8/30/2023 however it never arrived. I have been unable to get through to their chat system because the bot is not working at this time which is all the time!I have also tried to email them several times but have had no response. At this point I just want a refund because I wanted the shirts for a vacation that is now over. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Please help!Business Response
