      Date of transaction: 2024/12/05 Item was purchased last December but not worn till recently. Upon first use and wash a defective seam was opened in the garment. TeePublic will not provide a replacement shirt as the length of their warranty has ********** no point in the purchase was I informed that I would be responsible for verifying the quality the product before use. At almost $30 for a t-shirt, I had expected to receive a quality product.I am seeking a replacement item, but would be satisfied with a refund.

      Order #******** was placed on September 19 and never received. After a litany of email exchanges to determine the fate of the order, TeePublic was never able to supply any definitive relative information. A replacement order (#********) was placed, and it too has suffered a similar fate. Unfortunately, we were notified that the order shipment incurred an exception and was undeliverable because of an invalid address. Note this is the exact same address that we have used on countless orders in the past. A third replacement order (for some reason using the original order number of #********) was due to arrive on October 17. TeePublix's tracking page has now changed the package's delivery to October 21.We have complained but feel no one is listening or desires to find out why this remains an outstanding order. Ultimately, we want the products we ordered and paid or ...exactly a month ago today.

      I made an order for 8 Tee-Shirts during a sitewide sale that came to ******. During this sale, there was a notation banner at the bottom of each product page on their site that promised free shipping for orders over *****. I was charged shipping anyway. When I asked TeePublic to refund the shipping charge, they noted that the free shipping offer was invalid during sitewide sales. The promise of free shipping said nothing about that caveat. In attempting to speak with someone at the site, I didn't get to speak to a human over the course of four replies. I was given ** Generated responses that reiterated and restated that it is their policy not to honor free shipping during a sitewide sale. The ** response directed me to their shipping policy FAQ. This is hardly good enough. The message said nothing about free shipping for orders over ***** UNDER CERT**N CONDITIONS. Nor was a link provided to said FAQ with the free shipping message on the product page. Nor should I be expected to have to check a FAQ in order to avoid a bait and switch of this kind. They made an offer I meant to use in good faith, then did not follow through. I was charged when I shouldn't have been in what is clearly a predatory and dishonest fashion. Adding insult to injury, I did not get to speak with an actual person this entire time. They merely had an ** reiterate the flawed policy at me and made no attempt to redress the issue.

      I received my shirts today, and did in fact receive word that my shipping charges would be refunded in the next three weeks.  I do not appreciate that they insist that their policy is clearly communicated on their website, and that they seem to be doing me a courtesy by refunding my shipping charges in spite of this.  This is not the case.  I immediately went to their website and brought up a product description page, as there is a 25% off sale currently in progress according to a mailing they sent me just yesterday.  I took a screenshot, highlighted and annotated the image where their description of the free shipping on 70+ dollar transactions occurs.  That offer says nothing about being invalid in the face of any current sale.  Only that it's valid in the lower *********************** the ***  No link is given to the *** wherein the caveat regarding a sale is provided in or around that image.

      They're not doing me a favor.  The way the offer is presented is clearly meant to spur an impulse buy without any clear understanding of the facts; or their deliberately obscured shipping policy.  If the caveat is communicated on their purchase confirmation screen, it wasn't something I noticed when making the purchase.  I don't appreciate that they're attempting to appear magnanimous about this.  Nor do I appreciate that they appear to have sent you what looks like an AI generated response on the matter as well. If it was not an AI generated response, then it would appear to be a form letter, which suggests that this issue is common enough to have warranted making a form letter to start with.

      While I have been refunded my shipping cost, it feels more like a "Oh okay, you caught us this time.  He just needs to be aware that we're not changing this 'gotcha' policy and not expect us to honor free shipping during a sale.  We expect that our customers will thoroughly dig through our site and find this shipping *** that we've not provided a link to, and be aware that we don't honor the free shipping we're offering on the site during a sale.  The onus is on the customer, not us to be clear about our policies and intent."  This is hardly good enough.  I expect that they should change the message on their product pages to reflect that it's invalid outside of the lower 48, and during a sale condition.

      I will consider this issue resolved when they have done so.

      When last I checked, there still was no clear indicator that free shipping, shown on every product description page on TeePublic's site, is invalid if there's any kind of active sale.  They merely refunded my shipping from my order as 'a one-time courtesy' after having been caught with their hands in the cookie jar.  I'd like that my complaint not be closed until they've made visible steps to resolve the deceptive business practice.

      This order of tee shirts was of poor quality. I was promised a full refund for the order and the very disorganized team at this company actually refunded another customer's order instead of mine. The disorganization continued for nearly 2 months, before I was given a partial refund and still await a full refund, as promised.

      you guys are deceiving people with the wrong policies and content on it im ***** **** 33 from portugal ive signed up for teepubilc and promoted them to my 50K subscribers and now my students signed up they are suspended for not a single real reason and their customer support do not respond any emails and via live chat and my reputation gets damaged im signed up for this website since 2015 and ive been suspended and the new accounts while their policy states 3 days of waiting but they suspended within 1 day or few minutes and other side on **** says open as many storefronts as you wish but they suspended all of it and approving accounts with COPYRIGHT images of humans and not humans honest like us we work 3 hours creating accounts and now i need my account get opened and my students what i tell them

      ********************************* is a small non profit animal rescue based in *******, **. We created an account with ********************** to host our designs and begin selling t-shirts, and with no prior contact and no warning as to what the issue was, thus barring us from the opportunity to resolve the situation, TeePublic deleted our entire account and banned us stating a violation of the terms and conditions on 09/02/2025. Upon receipt of this message, we immediately responded seeking resolution and reinstatement, as all photography, logos and artwork involved in our profile and uploaded designs is original to our team and commissioned by local artists and designers. After going through the canned appeal process, including the submission of an artist release form in the *** format required by TeePublic on 09/04/2025, we have heard nothing, and TeePublic has made zero effort to resolve the situation despite our numerous attempts to contact them. As of today, 09/11/2025, all of our original artworks commissioned by our local designer have been uploaded and are accessible to TeePublic while we have been entirely blocked from access and ability to edit or delete artwork from our account, and sell designs as originally intended. My sole hope with this complaint is to receive acknowledgement and reinstatement of our account. We are volunteer run, and it took a huge deal of effort and time for our team to launch that digital storefront which has now been ripped away with no communication from TeePublic.

      August 26 Ordered a shirt for my child from TeePublic for $27.37 when it was delivered it wasnt what was advertised which was a print that covered 3/4 of the shirt and what was delivered was a tiny 4 inch by 4 inch print. I emailed customer service and they let me know that they could replace it but not refund my money so I asked if the same thing would happen if I replaced it with a different shirt. The customer service told me that unfortunately they couldnt print on kids shirts anything but what I received. This company allows their third party printers to advertise a shirt that they cant provide and ask their customers to accept a replacement and not a refund when none of their printers can produce what they advertise as their product.

      I received my shirt with a really bad print job. It's small, off center & angled a few degrees to the right. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service, but no one will get back to me. Their chat constantly says they are closed even though it also says they are open until 5:00 pm est.I needed this shirt for an event this Wednesday 8/27/25 & would like a replacement. I just need someone to get back to me about this. I cannot wait 48 hours for someone to reply when I already waited almost a week & a half for you to ship it to me. Not including waiting 2 days to drop it off to the post office after printing the label. I need a new shirt expedited.

       As stated multiple times, this was something that could have been told to me before you shipped my replacement item out. Instead, I was only told you could not guarantee it would get to me in time. Not that it wouldn't get to me in time. At the very least, you could have shipped from ********** which would have gotten to me within 1 day via ground, but instead you shipped from *****. Great way of taking accountability after the horrible print job on my original order.
