    I ordered a pair of shoes, and after I wore them the first time the strap broke. I have been trying to contact this company for over two weeks without any response or resolution. I have tried via email and have gotten only emails requesting my issue without proper follow up or resolution I was finally able to speak with someone on the phone after 10 days and they indicated they would call me the next day and that never happened. This whole situation has been going on for two weeks without being able to properly contact or speak to someone.

    ********************************* aka the supervisor blocked my numbers, my email and my social media accounts all because I am trying to reach a resolution for my order. I called with a different number and had spoke to one of the rude customer service reps and she told me I can return my order which I did following all policies and regulations. Today my return package was supposed to be delivered to them but they did not receive it and I know they did this on purpose because this company is very shady. Please read their ****** reviews as im not the first person this has happened to. I was blocked on everything and the supervisor blocked me their own employee told me this. I need my refund ASAP. THEIR ITEMS WERE ALL RETURNED TO THEM THEY NEED TO ACCEPT IT THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES AND SCAMMING ME I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION IM NOT MESSING AROUND. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY. This has been going on for weeks. My order was placed on 3/11 it is now 4/7 ive returned all their items back to them and they blocked me their return policy states 30 days it hasnt been 30 days so my items are eligible for return and they need to give my money back i am done with this its so mentally exhausting. i had a high value order and they are not taking any accountability or responsibility. they lied and said their warehouse was closed but it literally opens at 9 and ***** attempted to deliver at 9:19 so they are obviously lying and didnt accept it on purpose

    I ordered matching set of the Leset ****************. I returned both pieces, but only the top was refunded. When I finally got through to someone they told me they had an issue with their system in their warehouse and they would look for the item. I have been unable to get a follow up or response from anyone since the last call.
