    I had the same experience as many others. SCAM company. Don't order anything from them and tell your friends - share online - no one should be taken advantage of these days like this.

    Scammers! Ships from *****, which takes 3+ weeks. Fabric content of garments 100% synthetic, not what is advertised as cotton blend.Free returns means that you can ship it back for $50.They have also cautioned me not to place a high value on the shipping label because they will not take responsibility for import charges. Garment doesnt resemble website description.

    Horrible experience, ordered black color pants, sent me white with black spots pants, refused to refund, refused to give return label, made me pay return shipping to ***** then after I did that, never respond about money refund. Sham on you, Do not buy from them!

    The absolute WORST! The jeans (**** stretch jeans size Medium) had a big "pouch" of fabric in the front! I asked for a return shipping label to send them back and get a refund.... they said "no shipping label will be sent". they have moved the operation to ***** and it's too expensive... BUT offered me a couple of options.. a 15% refund of my original purchase and I get to keep the pouchy jeans... OR a 25% discount on my next order... REALLY???? Like I would ever order ANYTHING from My Comfy Pant.. ever....

    This company needs to be investigated and shut down. They sell products that do not match their descriptions and have a return policy (see below) that they do not actually adhere to. Once you go back and forth over 8 times in email with them, they will finally ask you to ship it back to ***** at your own cost which is more than the actual product costs. This information of course, is not listed on their website and they make it seem like product will be sent from *********** when in fact, all products come directly from ******This is their return policy that they are in violation of:" If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolute ZERO risk in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right."

    They dont even deserve 1 star! I ordered gray cargo pants but they sent blue pants made of some shiny cheap fabric. Definitely getting the runaround on trying to get them returned. They are from ***** so buyers beware! Pretty sure their customer service is a bot or Ai. Definitely would not recommend unless you like wasting your hard earned money on Chinese cheap stuff.

    Scam from *****. Even though the website says you can return, they give you the runaround and it would cost more than the value to return them. ******* ordered said "tummy control" and all it meant was that the pockets were sewn shut so you could only get two fingers in there. Thighs were so tight they stretched weird. Waste of money!

    Zero stars never even received my $200 order and no one answers customer service. Filed with my credit card to recover my money as well as report to the ************************* Fraudulently selling another name brand and these are not those. File with your credit card ladies and report them to the ****

    I wish I had read these reviews before ordering these pants.The material is paper thin. The stretch is very limited. The crotch length is extremely large, way too large for humans. I like a high waist but these are ridiculous. They are impossible to return. Communication is automated with the exact email message over and over. DO NOT purchase these pants!!! I rate them a 0/5 but the system requires that I pick at least one star.

    The products are not as advertised and of poor quality. They also are too big. The company had no return address or phone number in service. I just want to return items for a full refund.
