    Took too long to get the product. The product was made with a cheap thin fabric. Pants too short. Very disappointed. Wish I had looked her first. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

    Negative stars. I paid an expedited shipping and never received my snowpants. I have emailed them several times. I have received no reply. Yet I receive emails several times a day about discounts there offering. Very upset I was scammed!

    Wish I would have checked here before sending them 48 bucks for pants. It's been a week since i placed an order and now I get additional offers every day trying to get me to add to my order.....feels like a scam, and having read the reviews here, looks like a scam!.

    Unfortunately this company sent over a damaged product and after weeks of emailing back and forth, they refuse to reimburse. The customer service is appalling and I'd go so far as to call this company a scam.

    This is the most terrible company anybody could buy from do not buy anything from this company all their phone numbers are junk even after you buy they even send you Messages first time customer about Buying your first product from them they give you an order number and thats as far as it goes. You never get your product. You never hear from them. Do not buy anything you will be sorry

    This is NOT a legitimate company. It is a SCAM to get your money and then disappear with no way to contact them. The INFO Email provided for Contact is tied to ******* ***** Store located in Las Vegas NV that also has no working phone number.
    They actually altered my address on my order. No follow-up with tracking was ever sent. Only additional Emails with 20% discounts tied to a "keep shopping" tag line.

    Do not order from mycomfypant. When you try to return an item it has to be shipped back to ***** which is very expensive, No where on the website does it tell you that the company is based on *****. I ordered 2 pairs of pants. The quality was very poor and they did not fit. I'm stuck with the pants unless I want to pay to ship them to *****. I already paid an $9 shipping fee. They offered me a $20 store credit and told me to keep the pants. I will never buy from this site again!!!!!!!!!

    Horrible experience with this so called make shift company.Product is not what is advertised and they will not correspond with you on returns or exchanges (even when they sent the wrong size and my order clearly shows what size I ordered.Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

    This company is a scam. They advertise on their website that ************************* endorses their clothing which Im sure is a LIE. I received an order that was nothing like described and surprise, surprise, the company will not respond to me for a refund. Their website describes that they are very customer oriented and will respond 24/7 to any inquiries (another lie) but they dont. The customer service telephone number they list on their site is not a working number. Do NOT buy ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS!
