  The Miracle Sheets are anything but a miracle. I received them less than three weeks ago and the sheets are pilling already. The best I can say is that they are soft and minimal shrinkage. They are not self-cooling nor self-cleaning. Definitely not worth the $134 I paid. I doubt they are even worth $25-30. The sheets are poorly sewn. Where normal sheets would have a seam or hem, these do not. Only one side of pillowcase opening is sewn. In two weeks the fabric has significantly pilled. I would gladly submit photos of the pilling and poorly sewn conditions. Additionally, the pillowcases are too short and do not even cover my standard size bed pillow. Please, do not waste your money on these sheets! I'm in the process of trying to return the poor quality sheets. It's not easy so far and I expect more problems to come. Additionally, I left a review, including photos, on their website. Do you think it can be found anywhere?? They should be ashamed to handle a business with such poor customer service and very poor quality product. I suspect they had to pay or reward the people that left all the outstanding reviews on their site. Nothing but exceptional is posted. Grrrr.

  I ordered a set of sheets last week, and have been trying to contact them to make a change to the order. I emailed them three days ago and still have not heard anything. The phone number they gave just directs me back to the same email address for support. This has been the most ABYSMALLY bad customer service experience I have ever had. All I want is to change the address on my order. These people don't give a s*** about the customer.

They give you Email addresses that do not work and Telephone numbers that do not answer.I originally ordered a set of "White" ***** size Sheets, but when the order went through it said "Stone" colored.After paying with my credit card, I examined the receipt and noticed the mistake.The reason is because they have it automatically set to "Stone" color.I tried Both their Email addresses and my messages were all returned from "Mailer Demon" as "No record found for Domain". I then looked on the web and there is a Phone number I tried that says to send the complaints to the Emails I already tried. This is nothing but a Run-Around. I also read their "Free Returns" instructions and you are suppsed to Return within 90 days for Free.But when you look further on their website, They want you to pay for the Return.I don't understand how they could have such high ratings when they run the company so shady like this.

  Within less than three months our sheets had holes in them and are unusable. The customer service is terrible and refuses to help me out. Now I'm stuck with a $120 set of sheets that did nothing they claimed and are better off as rags.

  Miracle Brand bed sheets were delivered promptly with no delay or damage. The bed sheets were very comfortable and washed very well. The sheets seem to adjust to heating and cooling. The Point of Contact is readily available, and email correspondence is answered in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied with this product.

  I love the way the sheets feel and my sleeping is excellent, I shouldve ordered one more set. Just because it feel so good! If you havent found a sheet that fits your comfort try these ones theyre awesome.

  Awful sheets and awful company! Washed and used the sheets maybe 3 times within 60 days and they pilled so badly that they made my skin crawl. When I contacted the company, they only replied with care instructions and that their return policy is 30 days and I've exceeded that time. Care instructions for bedding? Are you serious? I'll stick with ************* going forward, they're at least worth the money.
